Elaina was our server and she was Absolutely amazing, Such a sweet character i felt like i knew her forever! I struggle with going to restaurants because of my autism and she made me extremely comfortable, The food was amazing especially considering my fear with ordering from menus, You never how the food will come out and this dennys does a great job making it the same every time for me.

Greeted right away and seated within 5 minutes. Zabrina was our server. She was kind and very attentive. The food was delicious. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Joseph the manager cashed us out and was great too. We had bad experiences from 2017 until today. Word around town is it’s gotten better and to give it a try. So glad we did 10/10 recommend and we will once again be dining at Silver City Denny’s

I was very disappointed. I’ve been here 2 or 3 times before the new owners and the service was really slow.. that was my only complaint back then it took a long time to get served. , so my Husband and I decide oh, new management, we’ll give it another try. We’ll from get go you need a new service girl up front. One that greets with respect not like we are bothering them. She was rude and when my husband was pushed aside to take care of some one else when we were th ere before. She proceeds to seat us , and seats us right around the corner from entrance. My husband looks at the seat and says really? The cushion on the booth was torn i mean literally the top covering was torn off the padding was missing , there were 5 to 6 empty booths next to us She said what is your problem sir. I’m just in aww, we should of left but we thought okay she’s having a bad morning. But the service continued to be anything but miserable. As for my husband and I we will never go to this Dennys again. And as for Lynette, smile and be a good host your attitude just does not belong in this job.

I come here to Silver City, NM once a year for a month to visit family and work. I am sorry to say that this place is under staffed most of the time. Wait time on your food is about 30 minutes+ especially is you have a big family. They have a great manager who just got moved to evenings that runs circles around younger servers. You have to chass them down just to get a refill. Food is good, if it shows up hot. Servers have a lot of things they are required to do where other places delicate some of those things back to the cooks, bussers, and front host.

We had the best experience at Denny’s yesterday. We had a big table of 8 people and our waitress Elaina was super attentive and friendly. We loved having her as our waitress! All the food came out perfect as well ❤️

For many years this Denny’s has been notorious for not just bad service, but TERRIBLE service. I have experienced it too many times than I’d like to admit. Every few months I’ll give it a go and until tonight, that reputation held true. However, our waitress Elaina S. gave me optimism that Dennys is turning it around. She was attentive, kind, and professional. To be honest, she is probably too good for this particular establishment. Denny’s is lucky to have her on staff!
