Aug 2023 this location has declined recently. I came here today and it was so dirty. There were nats/flies all around the drink machine and in it as well. I got some coke and saw a dead nat come out, so I poured out my drink and rinsed it with water from the machine. The water spout also gave me a dead nat. The floor was filthy and had a spill no one cared to clean up. The boy got my order wrong (no big deal) but when he gave me the fries I was missing he hardly filled the container up. He literally have me 6 fries. I wish I would have taken a picture. On the counter where I ordered my food was a box of cleaning materials. The boy who took my order had gloves on while he handled the money, then kept the gloves on as he prepared food.I just felt gross being in there.

The loaded omelette biscuit (not shown) is probably the best fast food breakfast you can get for $6 and some change – ham, sausage, eggs, cheese, and a buttery biscuit make a rockstar start to my day. I feel like they used to put more egg on the sandwich though, times really are tough.

I went through the drive through this morning around 540am. The dinner menu was still showing so when the worker asked what did I want to order, I was undecided because this was only my third time ever at a Hardee’s. I let her know there was no real fast menu showing and that I couldn’t remember what all they serve. She was very rude and started to get impatient with me. I finally settled on a bacon egg and cheese combo. When I pulled up to the window I was not greeted, and I had to ask what was my total. She had her hand held out, waiting on my payment, but did not let me know how much my meal was going to be. Now that I am home, I see that the food has been put together sloppily and also, my sprite has no syrup in it. It tastes like carbonated water. What a poor experience

Not quiet sure what has happened here but, to leave 1 person to run a store alone on (6/30/23) isn’t the brightest idea… Will NOT be returning, and I visited multiple times a week. It’s called fast food for a reason.

Hardee’s has the best biscuits in the fast food breakfast segment. Period. But this post isn’t about that. It’s about Jaden. This young man was working the register inside and was phenomenal. He was quick, attentive, and courteous. The food was good, but Jaden made it an awesome experience.

I rarely write reviews but great customer service is rare these days. I ordered extra pickles n was they were out of pickles n that the delivery truck had just arrived. The manager actually went out n got the pickles off first! Thank you so much, Carline Amazing!
