First time using the app and I was ordering for someone else, 70 miles away, who forgot their lunch. I ordered the wrong burger! I called and spoke with the General Manager, Brian. He was polite and understanding of the situation and made everything right! Thank you Brian. And the food was delicious!

Worst Hardee’s I have ever tasted in my life. I ordered 4 snack wraps that are unedible. The breading was mushy and cold. The chicken was chewy. The tortillas felt like they got dropped in water before being wrapped. I would highly recommend staying away from this location. I won’t be surprised if I get sick because of it.

This morning, I brought my children for breakfast before school and ordering was a nightmare, the wait time was very long, and management was poor. I repeated my order at least five times and it was still incorrect. The manager had a poor attitude and was screaming and being short to customers and staff. Our biscuits were burnt. I had high hopes for hardees return, but sadly our experience was disappointing.

I was one of two customers at time of my visit. Went through drive thru and luckily I checked my order. They forgot my sandwich. I went inside to find them confused about having an extra sandwich. Sandwich was cold. Only plus is i didn’t have to wait that long and they were friendly

I ordered a milk shake though the drive thur. When I pulled up to the second window Tyauuan B which is the name on the receipt was so RUDE!!.. When she opened the window to take my money she never spoke to me just looked at me like well give me your money. I gave her the card and once again opened the window and handed it back with no communication. After a 7 minute wait for a small milk shake that was so thin it was like I was drinking milk not a milk shake and mind you I was the only one in the drive thur and no customers inside, Tyauuan gave me the shake and never said thank you are anything. She closed the window and just stood there looked at me. I looked back at her and said ” You’re welcome” and she continued to look at me with a nasty attitude. She has no customer service skills and very rude. I want say I will never go back to this Hardee’s location but I will say this experience left a bad impression on me.

Always liked Hardee’s and was happy to hear they were returning to Claxton. We went yesterday early evening and dined inside. While I appreciate that they have newly opened,there are a couple of things that disappointed. The seating area had food on the floor and the tables had not been wiped,waited approximately 10 minutes for our order and the burgers were cold.
They were well staffed, but there was a lot of loud talk and some of the staff didn’t take direction well. When who we took to be the Manager gave directions he was met with a lot of back talk.
All in all we were a bit disappointed. I realize that they just opened and have some kinks to work out,so we’ll try again after they’ve been open a bit longer
