I ordered online and waited til my pickup time to get in the drive thru line. I was in the line nearly 10-12 minutes. One of the items ordered was a bacon egg and cheese Frisco sandwich. My sandwich was buttered and not toasted ! I worked at HARDEE’S for years, change the Teflon sheet in the upright toaster please. The bread could’ve been toasted on the grill. Customer “care” isn’t what it used to be.

This location can’t get a chicken sandwich right to save their lives how do you make a chicken sandwich so dry thin and unappealing and I’m not talking about the cheap chicken sandwich I’m talking about their flagship chicken sandwich just pitiful and sad looking. Couple that with the flies everywhere in the homeless people camping out in their lobby. for all the chatting that their team does behind the counter the place looks filthy and food takes forever to get out. Wrapped poorly and generally unappealing The only redeeming factor about this location is its breakfast at least they know how to make a decent meal.

Morning crew is full of GREAT people. The dining room is NEVER opened at a decent time of the morning. Doesn’t open until 7am but there’s no sign in the door stating so. Getting out of the car into the cold for a building not to be opened is quite irritating.

Love the food here but as much as I hate to say this, but a good number of the staff are very unprofessional, I have 3 gripes, When I pull in the drive through Greet me, repeat my order back and TELL ME MY AMOUNT BEFORE I pull to the next window ( makes the employee look like they stealing), do not lie to me and tell me that the jumbo chili dog is discontinued (do your job and make it) and your back kitchen makes way too many mistakes for me to see them in the parking lot hotboxing. You are literally getting paid to make sure everything comes out the way it should , if I get another sandwich that comes out cold, I’m going to take photos and record it.

CC the manager was very informative my son and I hadn’t been there in over 20 years surprised the building was still standing Burger was great I love the chicken tenders my son did not however a great conversation happy that it’s in the neighborhood right across the street from where we used to live overall five stars. The reason I give the atmosphere 2 is because the furnishings look like they’ve been there for 20 years also

Customer service is amazing! They added cheese on an order i said no cheese and this time i went and said no cheese i got exactly what i ordered the cashier was extremely nice and gave me a cinnamon roll for the inconvenience of my last order only because i was kind this goes to show kindness is never overlooked my day is going to be an amazing day just because if that small act of kindness

We used Google maps to find the nearest Hardess while visiting family in ATL. We drove there 9.8 miles to order what we always order at home in AL.
The workers at the drive through was the most courteous and was complimented.
We returned 9 to 10 miles back to our hotel. Sat down to eat noticing the differences in appearance; biscuit, chicken, potato tots, as grease had made it’s way through and outside bag.
Our disappointment came when touching the greasy wrapper then uncovering a greasy almost flat biscuit, tots were too greasy to eat with apparent grease seeping through all containers.
The oil needed changing at 7:45 in the morning which is when we made it to the drive thru. The apple pie was good but again the food was not probably drained.
I’m qualified to make these remarks because I retired from the Restaurant business, and I am a very good biscuit maker. I will never travel so far to get breakfast from you again!
