Chicken in our sandwiches was touch and dry, like it has been cooked earlier and had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We asked for no pickle, yet both sandwiches had at least 4 soggy pickes on them, which did not improve the taste. The girl at drivethru acted like we were an inconvenience for ordering food. Will not be going back.

We got it to go, A taco salad, And a # seven combo large (mushroom Swiss burger). A number one combo large, and I got a superstar cheeseburger combo . And for dessert we had four peaches and cream pies! Total cost was $47.60 they had a good clean score of an A 96. The ladies at the window were polite there is handicap parking and ramps. The food was hot and tasted good. Visit #2 Thursday evening.. the pie had more cream cheese filling then peaches, the cheeseburgers are just bread a little ketchup and meat I’m still okay with the 3⭐️S

Stopped by yesterday Thursday Oct 23 at 7pm and doors were locked, stopped by today Friday Oct 24 at 730pm, went in and person asked who had unlocked the door cause they couldnt take orders due to computer issues. Service here has been goig down hill for a while. Have stopped by here for years on my way home but will probably not waste my time in the near future.

Very clean establishment with great tasting food. We stopped here on our way to the Smokies. The best Mushroom Swiss burger I have ever had hands down. The fries and chicken tenders also weren’t greasy. We will definitely stop in again.

Ordered a omelette biscuit this morning and it was BURNT. I even took a bite in hopes that it would t be that bad. Gross. Yall should be ashamed to send this out. The dogs won’t even eat it.

I ordered the special, would have to wait for it to be cooked, ask for ketchup, didn’t have any in the building. Where did the “customer service” go in this country…? I do not understand why no one cares about quality anymore? And to top it off, the staff seem to care less if your satisfied with the service or not, just pay me is the trend now days!!

There was no one else at the restaurant so we went inside. We both ordered combo meals. We live approximately 2 minutes away from the restaurant. When we got home the burgers looked as if they had been made several hours ago, the fries were very cold and hard. I drove back up to the restaurant to return the food and hopefully get fresh food that’s when the manager said to me it is not their policy to serve fresh food. Their policy is to put food underneath the warmer and serve that first. Needless to say I requested fresh food and only got one meal replaced so that my husband would have fresh food enter the manager he can keep mine and keep the money for the food I wouldn’t be back. I never thought I was going to have to request fresh food when going to a fast food restaurant but now we know not to go to Hardee’s.

I ordered two ham egg and cheese biscuits cost of $8.11.. I’m going to post a picture of the egg and the biscuit… This is ridiculous the egg was thinner than a piece of cheese. What makes it so bad I was in the Drive-Thru and they knew I was going to drive off and go somewhere else and they sent it out the window anyway
