If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I stopped in to grab a bite to eat after my son had a doctors appointment close by. I went to the drive through and a very rude impatient woman (Teresa) kept rushing me through my order. I do not eat meat because I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to digest it. I asked if the green beans have meat. The very rude woman told no they only have seasoning. I ordered them and pulled around and paid. After getting my food I parked so I could eat only to discover bits of bacon in my green beans. I took the food back in and showed the very rude woman Teresa. Even after me showing her the meat she continued to argue that it only had seasoning. She was so angry and rude. She went to the back and scooped up a spoon full of bacon grease and had the nerve to say this is just seasoning not meat. Mind you she was the manager on duty. She had no idea what she was saying or showing me. She just wanted to argue. If she doesn’t know the difference between bacon grease and “seasoning” she should be demoted to bathroom cleaning. She is not informed enough about the actual product to manage a location. On top of her blatant ignorance she is extremely rude and hateful. If this location will be able to survive any longer they need to get ride of her. If I would have taken a bite of those green beans with out looking first I would have been hospitalized. FIRE THIS IGNORANT RUDE WOMAN.

After 10 minutes waiting and cashier just looking at me. Manager came over and took my order. Another gentleman got his order taken after immediately after me. He happened to order the same thing I did. As I waited for my food the same manager, gave my food to the gentleman who ordered behind me and then gave me attitude that we had the same order and I would get mine next. Watched the original cashier smash my food when put it on the tray. Fries were cold. Asked for some ketchup and they gave me one packet. Don’t recommend this place. Just bad vibes.

Sitting in line again this morning for 20 minutes still sitting and oh BTW they keep the door locked. On the weekends in the afternoons they make you sit in drive thru only to tell you their system is down. The making you sit in the drive thru is so you will pull away. They should probably just close if they do not want to work. Going on 30 minutes now and I’m not moving. Either fire everyone and start over or CLOSE DOWN

Tried to order at drive thru. One ham biscuit and one ham/egg biscuit. Woman couldn’t get it right until third time. Then she failed to silence speaker when she said – I wish these stupid people knew how to order. We left without comment. Never going back.
