Well looks like I am in the majority of people who have visited this location, with the amount of 1 stars
Sat in drive thru for a long time to get a cold Frisco breakfast sandwich, had to go inside and ask for replacement, after waiting 15 mins with another person who was waiting longer than me, I asked for a refund so I could leave, no response,took another 5 mins to get someone to help with that this place is trash, and the cigarette on the counter really added to the deco, no wonder Hardee’s are all closing.

The burgers were cold. We were the first customers for lunch??? They should have been hot. We even waited awhile, because we were told the burgers were cooking. The buns were cold and the cheese on my burger was colder. This was right at 11 am. While my wife was in the car I went to the restroom and when I came out I went to the counter to get napkins for my wife I just married trip to Georgia. He was very professional. A lady walked by and I said hi, and she totally avoided me. I think she was the one who was cooking. Anyway, how did I get a cold from yesterday burger??? My wife’s bacon was colder and both buns clod and dry. I’m really upset we have to drive down the road pissed off. And the fries were hard crunchy like they were hard Col and not even no where hot. Only the danish we go were warm

Best drive thru service ever! The guy addressed me quickly, was patient when I asked for more time, he was careful to make sure he entered my order correctly, and most importantly he was super nice and friendly! In a world where rudeness seems to be the norm, he’s raising the bar 100%. Kudos to the guy working the drive thru at 8:00pm on Saturday October 11.

I have to say for a fast food restaurant this one is on point everything was clean. Everything looked organized and the two gentlemen, one running the counter, the other running drive-through, were just the nicest, engaging gentleman. Very genuine, and it was very refreshing to walk into that atmosphere. I hate to say it I don’t eat Hardee’s often because there’s not one close to where I live but every time I do stop the food is so dang good!!! 1000 times better than McDonald’s any day!

I hadn’t had a Hardee’s burger since the chain left my are in the 70s. While visiting SC I was happily surprised to find a restaurant & taste that great char broiled flavor once again, it was like using a time machine.

Disappointed! The food was old or had no taste. Went during breakfast and drove 30 min just to find a Hardee’s! Absolutely disgusting! Never going back… the Cinamon Rolls were so hard you could tell they reheated them too long in the microwave (You can see in the pic it has no push to it compared to the biscuit.) The sausage gravy and biscuits, which is my favorite, had no taste; so plain… Eww. Even tried adding my own salt and pepper and it just tasted like straight flour or whatever powdered mix they use. The French toast sticks were fresh with that old grease flavor. YIPPIE!!
THE ONLY GOOD THING HERE IS THEIR BUTTER BISCUITS!!!

Went to drive thru. Only one car ahead of me and no other cars in parking lot. After taking the car ahead of me he asked me to wait. Ok no problem. After waiting for 5 minutes I say hello. No one answers. I left and haven’t been back

Thursday April 20, 2023 was in town and visited for dinner. The young man taking my order at the drive thru I could not even understand. He didn’t offer a different size just told me pull to the window. The girl at the window was rude. I order extra pickles, I got NO pickles. I requested extra ketchup she snobelly said I push ketchup up in there. My fries were half full and mostly dumped in the bag. Very poor service.

The doors were locked on Sunday. They were rude when I asked for fries during breakfast hours. Normally when I go during breakfast hours it’s not a problem but these 3 ladies ran up with a disgusting attitude. Been calling the store all week to make a complaint but no answer. They got mad because I said I would wait 10 minutes for the biscuits. It wasn’t a problem with me waiting because I wanted to feed my family but to be rude over not wanting to drop fries when you already inconvenienced me is an issue.
