Never have I seen so many kitchen staff work so slowly. It took 25 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru to the time I left. My food was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for that entire time I was waiting. Food score was no where in sight, from what I saw through the window I can see why they hid it. There was some massive pile of brown, grey water that the staff was walking through and everyone looked wholly confused. Bypass this place and just drive to Greenwood, not only will you get your food quicker than if you stopped in Honea Path, you won’t have second thoughts about your health.

I believe it was Wednesday, I went through the drive through. Ordered a bacon and egg biscuit and a cherry coke. When i got to the window to pay and receive my order. The drive through attendent was on her cell phone with her back to the window. There were bags of food and drinks on the counter. A few minutes later, I knocked on the window and the attendant walked away and another lady came to the window. My order was sitting there waiting on me the entire time.

Very poor customer service. Window Clerk was disrespectful and disgustingly rude! We informed them of an order that was made incorrectly and was able to retrieve our receipt as well. We visited this location 2 days prior; we are not from the city.
It was a short black guy, that had grooming errors. He told me, “I understand you came two days ago, but I still want the burger from two days ago.”
Sir. The burger was made incorrectly, and allergies are real. The burger is in the trash. Told me there was nothing he could do and proceeded to walk off while aggressively shutting the drive through window.
The day of the initial order:: While my tenders were actually fresh, and service was exceptional by a mixed lady with piercings, my burger was made incorrectly.
I guess they wanted to serve that particular burger from two days ago to another customer.
Poor Jessica. White lady – “manager in training” . She helplessly walked off as if our concern wasn’t a bit of her problem.

Tonight, no ice-cream again for shakes. Out of stock i was told (again!). No tomatoes for the Frisco burgers, out of stock i was told. No onions…..out of stock!!!! See a trend here!!! Our Frisco burgers was a patty with cheese, nothing more.
Asked for extra napkins and I was told that you only allow them to hand out ONE NAPKIN per sandwich!!!

BTW, called my bank and explained the situation to them and they’re giving me a credit for the transaction amount!!! You’re not being paid for the slop you provided us!!!! FREE MEAL OF A DRY HAMBURGER with nothing else on it!!!

This place is probably going to shutdown because the staff don’t care to run the restaurant. Each time I go in there they are out of mostly everything with today being no exception. Today I wanted a hot ham and cheese sandwich but was told no ham for the second time trying to order this here. No chicken tenders and no hotdogs plus never have ice cream or milk for the milkshakes. At that point you might as well shut the doors if y’all can’t order stuff correctly so you don’t run out of stuff because nobody is ordering anything because there is nothing left to order. I had to go to the Belton SC location because they are way better than the Honea Path location. You need to fix this ASAP and fix this location. Plus you can’t get in contact with anyone from corporate management because they don’t respond to emails and the phone number doesn’t work.

Ghost town, horrible wait time. Talking on the phone wile trying to order. Parking lot was a mess. Never could even complete order or get it for that matter not dealing the rudeness. Probably the worst Hardee’s I even been too. I dont leave reviews much but this is a seriously unpleasant experience. Will not be coming again. Much better options around town

I was there maybe 30 mins ago, I walked in a young fellow was outside giving out an order…. I stood there for a few he walked in ain’t say hey/hi just looked at me… I asked are u taking my order he was very dry like he ain’t wanna be there, so I asked u don’t seem happy.. he said he wasn’t so I’m like why u working and u don’t wanna be there… I walked out because first im big on customer service and he was just rude which I ended up goin to the Chinese place….service in the am is wayyyy more better wont be seeing me in the afternoon ever!!!!!

Harleys is my go to when I want fast food breakfast. Steak biscuits are amazing.I like to put gravy and cheese on them!! It was super fresh and made to order. Also was a very friendly staff

Ok so I can see I am not the only person to leave a poor review for incorrect hours being posted on your drive through. You are posted to open at 0500 AM online, on you drive through window, on your door. However it seems that not the case, even though you have employees in the store. Numerous people drove up one guy even said you guys took an online order. Your employee is didn’t even budge to attempt to tell people you weren’t open. I had to hit no the horn the get her attention and let’s just say the employees response including cursing at me. Unbelievable way to run a business. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and your employees need to learn what posted business hours mean.
