Do you remember the time where good service was automatically something people took pride in . When fast food was fast and good. When your greeted with a smile not an attitude ( you chose that job ,why be mad ) ?
When you open your bag , the bag is cold and yet you had to wait for food , when you ask for the food to be hot you get attitude ? Wow , such a shame . Quality , service I would say zero stars. Horrible service and food.

Came in today , the manager told me to due to my order being completely cold , messy and rude service . Waited up front for 2.5 min and no one came to the front . I just heard banging and noise from the back. It was no bell to ring and I’m not going to scream to get people to do their job. It was another gentleman that came in behind me as well that left . This sucks ….At least the counters were clean .

I went thru the drive thru this morning and ordered a Frisco Breakfast sandwich (so good). But the nice lady at the window Shay was here name, was very sweet and professional. She greeted me with a smile and made sure to tell me to have a great day before I left.

If i could give this location a zero i would. I came thru & ordered 2 chicken temder wrap meals. The tenders were fine, the fries taste like old grease. I came back to the store wanting a refund & she would not give me a refund without a receipt. I thought she didn’t give me one but I found it in my car. When went back inside she said she wasn’t going to give me a refund because she didnt have to. She called the police when i started taking pictures of the restaurant saying i was refusing to leave the restaurant. HIGHLY do not recommend. One of the worst restaurants in the upstate.

I went inside to order a burger to go thinking it would be faster because no one else was there. It took them 10 minutes to take my order then had to wait another 25 minutes to get my food. Staff wasn’t very attentive. I will not be returning to this place

Received half cooked chicken tenders yesterday at lunch, threw them away. This morning I got a sausage biscuit that is cold, and the biscuit is tough. Employees inside complaining about having to be there due to incoming weather.

Stopped by for a burger and fries. Lobby was clean, service was great and food was fresh. The registers in front need updated and ketchup dispenser was broke but the guy got a cup from kitchen and filled it full for me. Thanks!
