I typically stop by for a gravy biscuit combo early in the morning. The staff, especially Fred and the I guess front manager are superb. They are amazing to watch as the orders come in at the counter and drive through. The rest of the morning staff are also great. The biscuit and gravy is always piping hot. Restaurant is spotless. One great crew and leadership! They are truly an asset to Hardees.

Everything was cool except for the food. It wasn’t nasty or anything, but I order the loaded omelet and felt like I got bait and switched. I get that the pictures on the menu aren’t exactly like what you get but I thought this omelet was supposed to be loaded. There literally wasn’t anything in it other than egg. Maybe one piece of sausage or onion or whatever and that’s it. I’m not really picky but can’t helped feeling like I got robbed.

Pulled to drive thru and no one ever asked for my order so pulled to window, there was a male and female leaned against counter talking and both of them were very rude and acted mad because they had to do their job.

We used drive thru but the service and the food were delicious. I am a huge fan of chicken wraps and had the ranch ones for the first time and I will be eating those again and again. McDonald’s nor Burger King have even the slightest idea of what a real chicken wrap should smell, look, and taste like but Hardee’s nailed all 3 with theirs. I didn’t expect a full chicken strip in one wrap and I definitely wasn’t expecting it to be real chicken. As usual the frisco burger was loved by my husband and our daughter loves her children strip combo! I will never eat chicken wraps anywhere else again. Thanks so much Hardee’s for setting the perfect example of what we want when we say chicken wraps!!! Service was great too. Thanks for the friendliness and for the patience while we made up our minds!

They were patient and polite. I was with my elderly mom and they took the time with me from the drive-thru to changing to come inside. Breakfast time was about to be over and the food was fresh and hot! Plenty of employees to get the job done. Wow, I just read breakfast until noon. It was a surprise because I’m used to the 10/11 o’clock cut-off. That strawberry lemon biscuit was amazing. Look just like the picture.

I ordered a monster burger large size and the fries was the size of a small size inside of a large box. Then the food was cold and greasy. This is the worst meal I’ve ever had from here. I love the folks in the morning time they are kind devoted and all around a fun place to visit in morning. But the afternoon folks don’t know jack diddly squat.

Update 7/5/2025. After waiting over twenty minutes I was given the wrong order. Paid almost $40 and got old trashed food. Aside from terrible service now the food is subpar. Y’all really are a horrible establishment.
If they get your order right then it’s good but most the time it’s charged incorrectly or made incorrectly. The shift leaders have zero customer service skills and their speed of service is atrocious
