One of the very few things I like on the menu is the mushroom Swiss burger….. mostly because it was always consistent. Not today!
The burger patty was way smaller than usual, the cheese was unmelted and there was barely any mushroom sauce on it. Super disappointed I spent $8 on this.

I went to the berea location around 10 am. Drive thru was busy as usual but inside was only a couple of people. The breakfast cashier took a couple of orders and clocked out(her time to go,I guess). That left 2 cooks and 2 ladies on the front. 1 was trying to run drive thru and counter and got so frustrated trying to keep up(a few more people came in) she was telling drive thru her system was down,which many people left. The other lady, in plain clothes, was getting orders together but was in no hurry and wasn’t trying to make the other ladies job easier. Lost a lot of customers that could’ve been prevented. It looked like mass chaos with 3-4 people inside and 7-8 in drive thru. Definitely need better training.

Young man at the window was very polite and nice. I came through drive they and spent 34.00 for 3 meals and I was very unpleased with what I received when I got home. For starters I ordered a big hot ham and cheese only to get a little dinky ham and cheese . All fries with all 3 meals were cold and the lettuce looked old and wet on the bacon burger meals . Not happy for the amount of money I spent and I also will not be eating here again!

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The manager was yelling at the employees. I have no idea why they still work there because this manager was not nice to her employees. It gave the restaurant a very awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere.

But I dono , why this Hardee’s has a 3.6 that shkr don’t make any sense , but anyways I just hit the drive thru , at

2306 w Parker rd , in Greenville !!!

Lady on drive and the lady in the back with the cool lookin hair , sorry don’t know who else was there , but thanks to them too ,, but
Yeah yall killed it , biscuit was fresh … yea I did say it !!!
Not normal for a visit to Hardee’s but these ladies killed it fresh biscuit and the gravy was good and I am about to try the maple biscuit ,
But dam good job
