The chicken on our breakfast platter was cooked too long, almost burnt. It was hard and too salty too. We couldn’t eat it. My husband exchanged it for sausage and was given 3 pieces without argument, so kudos to them for that! That’s why they get 5 stars for service! The biscuit and eggs were pretty good. The hash browns were hard like they’d been left out, but not all of them. The facility looked as if it needs a good cleaning and there was some tables that needed bussing while there was workers standing around.

Food was inedible and fries were not at all fresh. We ate in and were the only two people inside. The photo I’m sending is a Mushroom Swiss burger. My friend ordered a ham and cheese. Before we could get our drinks and sit down the food was ready…so obviously not fresh.

I highly recommend Hardee’s for breakfast in Myrtle beach. It is fast and affordable for a great meal before starting your day. My order of a chicken sandwich and Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was magnificent and contained great amounts of flavor at the perfect texture. This restaurant was very clean and I didn’t have to wait too long for my order.

I live out in AZ so I was so excited to swing by a Hardee’s and get biscuits and gravy before headed back. Unfortunately I had the worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. We go in and walk up to the counter and had to ask someone to come take our order. That should have been a sign we should just leave but I really wanted biscuits and gravy.
Our order was taken and it took 20 minutes for us to get our food. I decided to use the restroom and I think a port-a-potty would have been cleaner. There was trash piled up and running over in the floor. The toilets were disgusting and there were no paper towels.
We finally get our food and at this point we were running close to our flight so we decided to eat in the car. I was furious when I opened my container and poured out the gravy. There was a label of some sort along with some kind of paper material..maybe a napkin. My husband decided to throw his biscuit away too because he was afraid of getting sick. I was half tempted to turn around and go complain but the employees were so unprofessional I knew it wouldn’t make a difference. That’s why I’m leaving this review and I hope the owner of the store will care enough to look into their store. The health department should also probably stop in because I doubt they would pass inspection.

When I entered the store, I was greeted with eye contact and a smile by Gay. She then offered assistance. I told her that I was there for a pickup order. Gay asked for my name and I gave it to her. She quickly and professionally retrieved my order which was ready on time. Gay asked if I required anything else, to which I declined. She then thanked me and wished me a great day. Once I got home, the food was still hot and delicious. I recommend this Hardee’s location and Gay to family and friends.
8/30/2025. When I arrived at Hardee’s at 402 South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I noticed several people waiting in line ahead of me to order. It was about 10 AM during tourist season. After a 10-minute wait, Jewel smiled, made eye contact, and greeted me, offering assistance. I told her that I would like to order a biscuit, small hash rounds, and a Sweet Cherry Shake. I also notified her that I had a $3 discount coupon for the shake. She smiled and repeated the order. I verified that it was correct, and Jewel accepted my payment. Five minutes after placing my order, Jewel alerted me that my order was ready and wished me a wonderful rest of my day. Considering the number of customers in the store, the management and staff of this Hardee’s store did an excellent job of providing stellar customer service. The shake was delicious, as were the biscuit and hash rounds. I recommend this Hardee’s location and Jewel to family and friends.

Yes I just got over a cold and went and sat here and ate and the lady didn’t fix my burger correctly there might’ve been a drug placed in it by the line cook. can’t 🙁 feel like crying

I miss Hardee’s in my town in NC so, thought I’d grab my usual Frisco combo. Wasn’t what I remember at all. Bread was hard and the sandwich was cold. Hash rounds were good and hot though. Cashiers were nice and friendly.

This was my third visit and third time standing in a vacant building, wondering whether or not they want to make any money. I could have walked behind the counter and prepared my own food, before anyone would have noticed I was there. When I was finally acknowledged, they asked if I was with Door Dash and I told them I was not. Then they asked me for the name on the Door Dash order, anyway. I had to explain, AGAIN, that I was trying to spend money in their establishment. I thought that should be obvious, when I parked in their lot, came into the dining room and stood at the register with my wallet out. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Act like you want my money, or I’ll spend it somewhere else.

Drive 4 miles to the other Hardee’s. I seen roaches and the food is disgusting. Lazy workers. The manager was in the bathroom for at least 30 minutes. Had to just leave rather than wait. It was so bad I didn’t even care about a refund. Avoid this place
