We came here for dinner and really try not to go to Hardee’s anymore because of the Hardee’s in Conway has such bad employees. But I came here hoping for better service. All I can say is the employee named Ebony has changed my outlook on Hardee’s as far as customer service company wide. She has a great attitude and loves her job it shows. Will definitely drive from Conway To Loris when I want Hardee’s. Keep up the great job and attitude. You’ll go places. At the same time Hardees as a business better take care of this young woman. Because customer service is hard to find.

Ill never eat here again because I wanted a gravy biscuit and when I got mine the gravy was runny and the tea tasted like it just came out the mop bucket also tasted like it ws days maybe even a week old. Worse Hardee’s experience ive ever had an my favorite thing is their gravy biscuit

The customer service was honestly terrible, the staff acted rushed and seemed irritated before I even finished ordering. It felt like they were more focused on speeding cars through the drive-thru than actually listening to what customers were saying. My order felt hurried, the interaction was unfriendly, and the whole experience came off as careless. I don’t expect perfection, but a little patience and basic courtesy would go a long way. Definitely one of the worst visits I’ve had at a Hardee’s.

Everything is as it should be other than the woman who served me through the drive through refused my request for 10 creamers. Stating that she only had so much for the day. The problem with this is I bought the entire meal. Your lack of preparation is not my problem if I were to say, I only have so much money to do me for the day so you’re going to have to accept partial payment. I’m sure putting the shoe on the other foot you can see how that breaks down quickly. Lack of preparation on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part do better

Very long wait at the drive thru. They were out of tea, hashbrowns and medium cups. When I did get my food, my order was wrong. They did correct it and refund the difference, and the employees were very nice.

Ordered big hot ham and cheese, it was cold in the middle. My fries were under cooked and like limp noodles. The apple pie was fantastic. Been here quite a few times as it’s close to work. Food can be hit and miss. It can be like that any where now though. The staff is polite and fixed me a new sandwich really quickly.

Not only did they take a life time to cook the food but they even cook it right, they burnt all 3 of the biscuits and I ordered a breakfast Frisco sandwich and they couldn’t even barely cooked it, let alone the cheese wasn’t even melted.

I was in a rush heading to my child’s doctor’s appointment so I decided to grab them some Hardees because it was on the way.
Went through the drive thru and purchased two chicken strip kids meals and a meal for myself. My kids go through their bags and let me know they dont have their apple sauce.
I go back in and ask about it. They say they do not have apple sauce. Naturally, I inquired about receiving anything extra, (fries, a chicken strip, anything) since I paid for a full meal and they could not provide what I paid for.
The employee at the counter asks the drive thru employee if she can give me an extra fry. The employee at the drive through, responded in a very rude tone, “fries dont equal no apple sauce”.
It was apparent after I asked that they knew they didn’t have apple sauce but chose not to mention that when I placed my order. They also made the choice to act like I was making an issue for asking to get what I paid for.
If I come into Hardees short on money for my meal I wouldn’t get my food. What makes it ok for me not to receive what I’m paying for? And then have an attitude with the customer for asking for what’s listed on the receipt. This is not ok
