I went at about 1:15pm today and even though the fryers weren’t working, the service was amazing, the burgers were delicious, and the two women at the drive-thru both need a promotion and a raise! They were friendly, professional, explained what was going on with grace (even their order screen went black on top of the kitchen problems!) while being so sweet to us that we didn’t even care we couldn’t get french fries! If you’re in the area, go eat here or pick something up at the drive-thru. You won’t be sorry!! Much love y’all- most aren’t as nice as y’all when everything is running smoothly❤️

Store was decently clean, women’s bathroom not so much. I did have to wait a while for my order which was a Frisco burger combo. Overall the food was okay and Staff were friendly.

this Hardee’s is pitiful. You’ll never be instantly greeted at the drive through. You’ll never be told not to pull up and wait after you’ve been to the window. Your food will never be hot and or edible and to top it off….you won’t even get those chances unless you pay with card cause they barely every have change for cash

Not a bad Hardee’s location. It was really hot and the A/C was partially broken, but there were repairmen on the roof and they seemed to get some of it working. My burger was good but my wife said her chicken strip seemed undercooked, but it wasn’t pink or anything. They were short-staffed, but the worker we had was nice and friendly.

Let’s start with the attitude of the lady taken the orders this morning. ( 7:45 am 8/20) Asked for some creamer and sugar for our coffee, and was handed a handful of both. No bag nothing to put them in. I tried to ask for said bag after she handed me them and was quickly closed the window on and told to pull up. I had to pull up then walk inside to ask for a bag to put my stuff in so I wouldn’t be carrying it while I drive home. The man inside happily gave me a bag and was nice about it which I appreciated. I then went back to my car to wait for my food. Was unpleasantly surprised when the same lady who took our order with all the “joy” in the world quickly puts the bag of food in our window and say “here” and walks away immediately. This was enough for me to not come back but once we got home to eat our food. We then realized we didn’t have all of the order we made. Not sure the need for most of any of the interactions this morning but I’ll tell ya at this point. It’s better to just forget about the food we bought entirely cause it’s not worth the headache of trying to go to a store with poor customer service. Not my first interaction like this here, but sure will be my last. I’ll drive an extra 10-15 mins away before coming back to this Hardee’s.

Lady that took my order must have been high or something. She did not look right and thought everything was funny to her. Asked for curly fries instead I get regular fries I said something she said “well we don’t have them figured I’d give you regular fries” ya well no I am not paying for something I don’t want. Then she was complaining about making are milkshakes. Over all rude service, none of the tables was clean. We had to clean one off are self. Lazy people won’t be back ever.

Went through drive thru on the way home. Ordered 2 meals with a large and regular tea. At the window the cashier informed us they were out of tea, and would not be making more (this is at 5:50pm, they close at 9:30pm). We told her we didn’t want anything else to drink and ask for a discount on the meal, she said it didnt matter it was the same price, but didn’t remove the upcharge for his drink. Drove off and I started removing our meals. The fries were cold and stale, his burger was ice cold, and the cheese was cold and not even melted. My chicken was ok. We spent $23 on 2 meals to only be able to eat one sandwich. We ended up stopping at the McDonald’s in Conway to get my husband something to eat.

Best Hardee’s I have been to. The manager Paul happened to take our order and help us. He was friendly and helpful answering any questions we had about the menu items.
