I came here to redeem my son free lunch coupon from school for being a good student. My son is a picky eater and he would rather enjoy his dinner w/ the rewards of his accomplishments! We order 2 for 25 deal. We got O-M cheese burgers and baby back ribs w/ 2 side salads as appetizer. My daughter had wings bone in and my son had pizza w/ yogurt. I had a bloody Marie and the kids had both milk. Our salad was okay. My cheese burger come out messy. My wife like her ribs but missing a coleslaw. My daughter like her wings. My son didn’t like his pizza w/ yogurt. I don’t like hating on my waitress but when I got the first bill it shows that my son lunch was charged and I had to let them know. Thankfully they corrected it. My bloody Marie was great. It had alot of salt but gave the olives some flavor .

A solid two star experience. Service was mediocre at best. Food was $40 quality $80 price. The chicken tortilla soup met expectations. Salmon looked like they beaten it with a fly swatter. Blue cheese salad dressing tasted like creamy vinegar. Salad brought out with the entree. No spoons brought out with soup. Bathroom was abysmal. Floor covered in about 1 cm of water. Instead of cleaning it up they put out a wet floor sign. One of the sinks doesn’t work. The only redeeming factor, the restaurant is right next to the electrify America charging station where I successfully charged my car. Recommend not stopping at this Applebee’s.

We have visited this site often and will continue to keep coming back. The service and food is usually very good. On our last visit, our waitress, Sirinya, was outstanding! Compared to the Tracy Applebee’s, where we have had mediocre service, the Manteca location is always happy to see you walk in the door and treat you like a customer that they want to come back. I highly recommend the Manteca Applebees! Not so much the Tracy location.

Came in earlier this week and had a great experience, my family and I are new to the area and wanted to try the local restaurants. Our server was Jill and she did an amazing job, super funny and gave us amazing service. The food was good, not great but with service like that, we have no complaints! We hope to return and have great service again soon.

We had a very disappointing experience at Applebee’s. The food arrived cold, and the portion sizes were extremely small, especially for the price. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations at all.
The Mucho drinks were another letdown. Out of the three we ordered, only one was drinkable. The other two were unpleasant, overly strong, and poorly balanced, making them difficult to enjoy.
To make matters worse, getting our bill took an additional 15–30 minutes, which added unnecessary frustration at the end of the visit. After already being dissatisfied with the food and drinks, this delay made the experience even more disappointing.
Overall, this visit fell far below expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend this location based on our experience.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jill, and I can honestly say she made our dining experience exceptional! She was attentive, friendly, and professional, always checking in just the right amount without ever being intrusive. Jill had a great sense of timing and made thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly elevated the meal, making us feel valued as guests. Excellent service like hers is hard to come by, and I would highly recommend asking for Jill next time you visit!

I am never one to complain about restaurants but I feel like I don’t have a choice. We went to dinner there this evening with my husband and daughter. First, after we were seated and ordered we waited 50 minutes for mine and my husbands food. My daughters food came 20 minutes after ours. Even the table next to us made a comment about hers coming so much later.
My husband had the bourbon burger. It was dry. No sauce at all on it. The buns were dry. I had the bourbon steak. Once again, no sauce. My steak was dry. My mashed potatoes were ice cold. I’m not even kidding. My daughter had a chicken sandwich. Her chicken was hard as a rock and burnt. I hit it with a fork and it made a knocking noise! Never again will we be going back. Staff took off my meal and my daughters meal. But this was terrible. Absolutely terrible. Do better. Attached a pic of this nasty chicken.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I came alone and still paid a $60 bill, but the way I was treated was very disappointing. I expected better customer service and more respect toward guests.

Our server was great! Jill S. Was so fun and informative. I have diet restrictions and she was so helpful and even went to talk to the chef to make sure my order was perfect! Food was good and place is what you would expect. All in all a great experience!
