Used to be a good place to go eat in Pacolet. Now they can’t change the oil properly, can’t clean properly, and just don’t care about their customers anymore. The fried chicken always tastes burnt because they’re too cheap to order fresh oil. Has been an issue consistently far too long now. Just shut down the location. You suck. As seen in the picture, the breading hasn’t even been cooked enough, so it shouldn’t taste burnt the way it does.

Staff yelling at each other and cursing, cashier telling customers food is “still frozen” (this was at lunch time), soap bucket and cleaner sitting on the food counter.
No clean table.
Didn’t dare use the restroom.
Flies all over and no lid on the sweet tea jug.
Took 20 mins for a chicken sandwich with nobody else here.
Zero professionalism or tact.
Pretty trashy, but it matches the rest of the town I guess.
Guy behind me asked for a shake, woman behind the counter said “I’m not making those right now” in a rude tone.
Being 1 of 2 food establishments in town, you would think there would be more effort put into this place.

Awful. 6:50 pm. August 25th. Ordered a “Frisco BLT” and a chili dog. Asked to pull forward and wait, after 10 minutes I backed up to the window to witness 2 young fellas BS’ing. The window man looks at me and is all oh snap! He grabbed the food I had paid for 10 minutes ago and quickly put it in a bag and handed it to me. I felt awful that I interrupted his apparently very important conversation. Chili dog was obviously microwaved because it was 300 degrees and the burger must have been in a dehydrator for several days. I ordered a chili dog. Why oh why would they put mustard on the thing?

Just received food from there with added plastic to the cheeseburger! It was served to a 5 year old autistic child! They have one job to do and still can’t get it right! Everyone should be fired over this! I will NEVER eat from there again! I’ll be talking to the corporate office Monday morning!

Great place is improving. Like the breakfast platter. I also go get the big hot ham and tenders. Was going to the Spartanburg location. But won’t be going back there for a while. Breakfast crew is awesome fast friendly. I don’t go inside anymore just drive thru for me.

Morning time has extremely good service, the people are very nice and welcoming. It’s almost as good at eating at home in terms of comfortability and and feeling at home. Wouldn’t change a thing if I had the chance, I honestly believe they all need raises at least a dollar or 2 for the amount of things they do to keep that place, they go above and beyond with a working determination scarcely seen in today’s working world.

I normally don’t like to post such negative reviews. The service at this Hardee’s is one of the worst eatery I’ve ever had. Not once, not twice, but the last three times I’ve induered the rudeness of simpletons with no thoughts of good service. The first time after giving my card for payment to the person at the window and the card not handed back, I asked where the card was, and they rudely said it was in the bag. It was in the fries nice and grease. The other two incidents were worst. Go somewhere else to eat if you want to be treated right.

Shelly is an excellent worker l, but sometimes she can be a little bit unthoughtful. When she gets really busy, she can’t have a little attitude but other than that, she has great service with the public. I also miss Matt Paris’s being the cook up there. He always made amazing food, and never let me down. He never made anything wrong for me, or any other people i know, and I always had people telling me how good the food was, when he was cooking it. The food has not went downhill I wouldn’t say, but it has had a change since he has been gone. I will forever miss Matt and his cooking.

Went for breakfast before work and Shelly made sure I got a hot,fresh Nashville chicken biscuit. Definitely made my morning better. Quick,hot,fresh food is the best and when you have workers who care about getting you that service it makes it better. Shelly is one who cares and you can definitely tell she is One of the best employees hardees has.
