Out for work had a bagel and coffee. The bagel tasted like it was two days old very hard. I could barely eat. The cheese was fake as it was not even melted. I would call this two day old bagels. They try to pawn off for fresh it was the worst bagel I ever had

The past roughly 10 or so times I’ve been in my coffee has been clumpy with ice. It’s never blended fully so I either ask to have it double blended when I order it or sometimes when I forget I’ll just go inside and politely ask them to blend it again. I can’t drink a frozen coffee that has clumps of ice in it. And it’s not MY fault that my coffee isn’t drinkable. Most of the time the employee is polite and will just put it in the blender for a few more seconds for me no big deal. But there’s a few people that cry baby about it. One in particular tossed my drink in the trash this morning and completely remade it. And the coffee with all the ice clumps had much better flavor than the trash one she handed me afterwards. She’s always rude though so I didn’t expect anything more. Everything is a mess here and it doesn’t seem like anyone is on the same page. Everyone makes their drinks differently and you never know what to expect whether it be drink quality or attitude from staff.

Employees forgot some of my food in the bag, when my husband went inside to ask for the food they accused him of lying and loudly talked poorly about him. The food was greasy and cold, the coffee tasted burnt and stale, and the hash browns were especially gross. This is one of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to and it was a shameful experience.

I only go to that store every few months or so, it’s a decent place, parking lot is difficult to navigate. There’s only a few parking spots. We like being able to go inside and take in the atmosphere, but there’s not enough room on the lot, it’s quite frustrating.

The coffee and donuts were what you can expect at a Dunkin. Very good. The location is near a high construction area with very narrow roads. The staff allowed their conversation to be inappropriate. Thus, making my family and I uncomfortable. I will go out of my way to not visit this location again if I can help it.

I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts (Arcadia,Fl) and witnessed something that made the experience uncomfortable. The female supervisor, Shannon, spoke to the employees in a raised voice and in a belittling manner while customers were present. The tone and approach came across as disrespectful rather than corrective.
At one point, I felt the need to speak up because the situation was uncomfortable to watch and the employees appeared genuinely embarrassed. Even if there is an issue that needs to be addressed, it should be handled privately and professionally, not in front of customers.
The staff themselves were polite and working hard, but the way they were spoken to created a negative atmosphere. I hope management provides guidance on better communication and leadership, because customers and employees both deserve a respectful environment.
I would greatly appreciate if y’all do something with Shannon the unprofessionalism has been going on long enough do something about it!!!

Food is fine as always. But I entered the store and immediately heard the employees complaining, they seemed busy and they did not acknowledge I was there after several minutes, I decided to use the tablet to not give them extra work but the tablet was not working, I asked one of the employees if it was working she answered with an attitude “I don’t know I just got here”. Unprofessional, and during my order still gave me attitude. Will not be back to this location.

I witnessed a customer and the manager arguing because the manager was screaming at the employees. It was very chaotic given that the manager kept yelling about it without taking accountability. It’s embarrassing for my community. I’ve heard such bad things about this manager Shannon. She’s been cruel and awful for years here and nothing is done about it!! Will not ever be coming back to this location. This is my 2nd time witnessing an argument between her and a customer.

I love that we have a DD in town and usually they have my orders on point so I’m really torn to post this review. I love love love the avocado toast. It’s just the best when made correctly… But this morning really bummed me and if we weren’t heading out of town I would have went in to see what could be done. I pay $3 for toast… Lol
