Much improved experience over a year ago. Biscuits are fresher, customer service is great. Someone figured out that Hardee’s has always been a meeting spot for retired people to socialize in the morning and made them feel more welcome.

Customer service not friendly, fries were extremely hard, my kid almost choked. Went back to get fresh fries, and they made them put packs of salt on back for me to salt them myself. They never have much business, so it’s my fault for thinking this would be a good experience. Hardee’s really used to be a nice quick spot to eat.

I went in and ordered chicken tenders they let me know that my co-worker got the last order and it would take a little while to cook some fresh ones. The manager checked on me and let me know that it was going to be a few more minutes, talked with us making it where it was very pleasant to wait giving some laughter . Ron the manager was great.

Asked for some fresh fries and the new girls they just hired gave me some oily lukewarm fries and when I asked to speak with someone everybody acted like I was wrong for asking for fresh fries. This spot has really gone downhill.

Awful visit to Hardee’s this morning! First the woman at the window was rushing me through the line and acted like there was other cars at the drive thru which there was 0!! I ordered some biscuits and hash rounds and a cinnamon roll. Got home to find a large empty rolled up bag of icing. Back to Hardee’s and she must have been expecting me because she knew I had gotten the bag of icing! Gave me a rock hard cinnamon roll with No icing. No apology, no nothing but slam the window. Will not be back

Not good Hardees, Becerra has milk shakes either the machine is down or they don’t have milk, and we was gonna eat there but we just went to Sonic instead., I really wanted a milk shake!!!!
