Ordered a large lemonade with no ice with my meal .. I was expecting a Minute Maid lemonade from the fountain. She hands us our cups and my husbands large Dr Pepper no ice is large but mine.. was a small clear cup with ice. I was like hm ok well I did order without ice so if it’s small already I want no ice for sure . She takes the cup back and takes the ice out so I get Half of what’s in the cup.. wowza apparently it’s “handcrafted” so that’s why it comes in a different “large” cup handcrafted was no where to be found it was so sweet! It needed the ice! She forgot one of our fries so we had to go back in the restaurant after being in the drive thru for those. Won’t be returning.

Placed a large order on the app for me and my family, half the burgers were wrong, with the wrong ingredients on them, took about 15 minutes after I arrived, I was having to correct the order as it was being packed, she gave me all the food except my large fry but didn’t tell me it was still cooking I had to ask but since I had already waited so long I just got a drink to replace my fries, I was given a medium drink to replace my large fry. It’s not just this Hardee’s it’s every Hardee’s I go to, I am done wasting my money here!

I ordered a 2 pk cinnamon raisin biscuit and ask for extra icing. I got charged 90 cents each and when I got home no extra was put on usually you can knock a window out with them ! Last chance let’s try a BoBerry biscuit and see if they can get it right

Pros:
1. Very good service.
2. Excellent sausage egg and cheese biscuit.
Cons:
1. The bathrooms were not very clean.
2. It was a bit on the warm side inside the restaurant.

We haven’t even been to this one in a long time because they use to microwave they beef patties but just happen to try again and we specifically said TWICE no onions or ketchup on my burger and there was still ketchup on it. We got the 5.99 bags and when that person tells you what you want your suppose to ask small, medium, or large but the person didn’t ask us and by the time she was done with our order and we said we wanted medium she said “we was suppose to say that” maybe I am but your also suppose to ask because stuff like this happens and then get smart with us. make a burger the right way next time it’s not hard to not put ketchup and to make just a positive attitude because it’s a lot of people who fake it to make it and a lot of people who work do it and it makes the job so much easier.

Why is it that this place has gotten my order wrong about 80% of the time? I’ve had to go back several times because I either got the wrong item or one was missing altogether. The sausage link biscuit is great but I got the patty today (wrong order again)

Cost was a big decision in my selection. I ordered off the menu above the counter. I ordered frisco breakfast sandwich combo. Price was $7.49. Manager working the counter asked medium or large. I chose medium. Expecting the advertise combo price above. Hardee’s store number 1501658 order number 5337904058385.my bill should have been about $8. It was $8.71. I asked her why. She tried to figure it out. She then said the picture above shows a small coffee. I said politely you did not give me that option. You asked me medium or large. I chose the cheapest. It was obviously very deceiving I believe she knew exactly what she was doing. And then when I did get my coffee, the coffee maker. It was disgustingly dirty on the outside. It has not had a good thorough cleaning in a long time. In addition, my Frisco sandwich only had ham on half the side. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I did not. And I was eating it as I’m feeling this out at the table. I’m just very disappointed in what happened this morning and I can only see honestly say I will not be returning to Hardee’s anytime soon . I did have a small portion of my sandwich left. I’m going to shoot a picture I can honestly say half of it did not have ham on it.

Typically in the past, I would drive past Hardee’s daring myself to stop. However, I’ve been wanting a good ole “Steak and Cheese Biscuit”.
This morning the drive-thru lane was overflowing and appeared to be moving at a slow pace. I decided to be dropped off at the front door and run in and place my take-out order, being that there were only two people in line, (1) one had just got the order and met me coming in. (2) And the second person was placing their order.
I observed miscommunication between the drive-thru staff in the kitchen and front front line with the kitchen too. The cashier was struggling with cashing the order out and witnessing the frustration of the employee and the customer.
Finally, the order was cashed out. I placed my order, with ease. Only about 10-12 minutes later. By the time I exited the Restaurant drive-through line was not overflowing.
The wait was not impressive, but the biscuit was not overcooked, and cooked to perfection, steak was cooked wonderfully well too! This was the only thing that would continue making me a patron of this location.

10/10 The shift leader that took my order in the drive thru was amazing! You guys have an awesome Manager! She was friendly and tried to up sell! I work in fast food and that lady had an amazing positive attitude! Please make sure that yall let her know how great she is doing!

This is what I got from Hardee’s east main when I ordered a platter! Why did u give an open face gravy just look at my food it’s a mess if no cups than say that cause I can’t read your mind I would have ordered something else!!! SMH I love my money I don’t need to waste it!!!
