The server was respectful and helpful. The biscuit is adorable, but was it good? The biscuit was light and fluffy. Tater tots we perfect. Im not sure about the chicken biscuit, I’m not a fan of the breading, but the chicken was moist and had a good flavor. So, a 9 out of 10.

I went Saturday morning while running errands was having a bit of a not so good morning but I was okay the drive through line was long and they were busy as usual never ever have I had a bad experience at this location ever but this Saturday morning 2-28-2026 in drive thru was not the case the associate was rude and rushing me to make the order came out of her very rude and disrespectful mouth and says we don’t have any uhhhh very sarcastically because I was also waiting to see if my family wanted anything she was so rude that I had to ask her was that supposed to be a joke? I stated oh ok she then said oh ok and she got smart again so because she was rude I responded as well Honestly I did not give her time to tell me the total before I could get to the window they took the associate out the window and put another associate in the window at that point I was not happy so no one could fix it the mgr only came to the window after the fact when the second associate she put in the window couldn’t correct it because I was going to say something directly to the associate who was very rude to me and then have her go get her mgr the mgr should have addressed this the minute the rude associate made the inappropriate comment she did not and the associate was out of line and rude I don’t think I will visit this location again on top of the fact I have family that works for this company this service was bad Nor did they give me a receipt to report it corporately so here we are

We live way across town but we happened to be over that way shopping otw home we stopped an my bf got a hot dog combo the lady at the drive through who had no teeth was to busy flirting with my bf an we got all the way home an seen no French fries he checked the receipt an she had charged for the combo like we asked so needless to say we didn’t get our fries bc we didn’t want to drive all the way bk over there but had she been paying attention to her job instead of my man she would have probably got it right very disrespectful I wasn’t worried about her taking my man so I ignored it but she’s gone come across the right one an have a diff experience don’t think we will be goin bk

Tried their Jurassic Thickburger… what a disappointment. They advertise with photos and descriptions… and I never expect to get a burger anywhere that looks exactly like the photo, but come on, it should at least resemble the photo… as advertised, it’s tall, stacked with onionrings, and prime rib on top of a big patty… look at what was given to me… there was more sauce in the paper than on the burger too. A complete mess. I took it back, and they remade it. But the redo was almost as sad as the first one. 1st had broken up bits of onionring, 1 and half little prime rib bits. The second had pitiful tiny rings but at least they were recognizable but only 1 piece of prime rib…. don’t get this burger! It’s a rip off. And I won’t be going back to this hardees for sure, maybe not any of them…

Employees were arguing. No one knew what they were doing or which orders were for dine in or drive-thru. The stress level was intense. There were multiple people who ordered after my family. However, somehow, they received their food before us. We had a simple order of 2 gravy biscuit combos & 1 Frisco sandwich combo. The Frisco sandwich was extremely poor, as you can see in the picture. It is Hardee’s, so we weren’t expecting much, but they can do better. On our next trip, we will skip this stop!

We have been to several Hardee’s and order a larger order (40+ biscuits) each month. Bernard and his group have done a fantastic job. He was so helpful! Such a difference from our other experiences with other Hardees. Visit there; it’s great!
