The menu board says the 12 piece family deal comes with 3 large fries. The cashier (Elisha) argued with me and said that the computer says it’s 2 when I questioned it. Then it’s supposed to come with a half gallon of tea. Apparently they were out of the large side containers because my sides were all in individual size containers. My large slaw was a small one. And they were out of half gallon tea containers so I got 3 cups of tea to make up for it. Do better Hardee’s!!

Hardee’s on North Guignard Dr. Sumter sc We almost didn’t get all of our order, informed her she was missing a burger. We were going to eat in but decided against it due to someone playing loud obscenity music and singing loudly to it. We left and went somewhere else to eat our food. Our burgers were dripping with excessive amounts of mayo and ketchup. So much that it was dripping off of them. Glad I grabbed extra napkins. Also the staff on the front were chewing gum like cows and smacking it while taking orders and hand orders out. This place used to be a nice place to go. They have really gone down hill. This will be our last visit.

Yea…No. Extremely disappointed. Went there because I received coupons in the mail and wanted to try something new. Ordering was difficult in the drive thru because of the outdated speaker, so I kept having to repeat my order. Resultantly, they charged me for an additional chilli dog when I only wanted 1. The deal they advertised on the flyer for pick 2 for $5.99 was really $6.99. Then when I received my food the fries were cold. The bread on my sandwich and cheeseburger was old, stale, and hard. The cheese on my double cheeseburger wasn’t melted and was cold to the touch. The quality of the food was very poor and the bites i did taste were dry. It reminded me of nasty cafeteria food in school you had to eat and tolerate or be hungry. Customer service was ok. Overall, I don’t see that business surviving another year. Also I called to speak with a manager solely to express my concerns as I had no interest in getting my order remade and I didn’t receive a receipt to ask about a refund. The manager was very uninterested and rushed me off the phone. I will never eat at any Hardees ever again. Wasted $15 dollars and I didn’t make it past 3 bites (1 bite per item). 1/10 and the 1 is for the lemonade, which was the only thing consumable from my order. I cannot believe I paid for someone to prepare that for me to eat. Don’t make the same mistake I did. ♀️

I ordered a omelet biscuit, but the inside of the omelet barely had anything in it, and the entire biscuit was hard.
The lady at the register acted like she didn’t know how paying with separate cards worked, and was just so confused.
They were very fast with making the food so fast that we were still waiting to pay because the lady couldn’t figure it out.
When I walked in the floor was so sticky all the way from the door to the register.

Went through the drive through to order chicken sandwiches and was told they were out of breaded chicken. I ordered a bbq pulled pork combo and realized when I got home that I was given a double cheeseburger. I was the only customer they had for the restaurant both at the window and dining area. Please care a little more, Hardees.

This was the slowest visit to this Hardee’s in Sumter SC I’ve ever experienced. While waited 15 minutes to get our order , I watched a couple stand at the counter for 10 minutes , while employees walked by them like they did not exist. The employees did not say hello how are you no greeting at all just “can I take your order”. After 15 minutes $32.00 later

The young lady taking my order was told three times “no cheese” on my burger. I said it again at the window only tobget a burger that had bits of melted cheese where it had been scraped off and served to me. No one should had to say they are allergic to have their actual order honored. The lady at the window was pleasant and told the kitchen no cheese on the sandwich which was obviously ignored as was my request for no cheese. Money wasted since I didn’t have time to turn around.

I come here every morning and order a steak and egg biscuit on a light brown biscuit. It is rang up and the screen says “lite” so the grill cook knows. When i asked this morning the employee was very rude, started yelling and refused to ring up the “lite “ part for my biscuit. The rude employee is Dashonia M according to my receipt. I am a loyal customer and didn’t deserve to be treated that way. I had to pull out of the drive thru line and go inside to place my order with someone that wasn’t going to be disrespectful. Melissa finished my order and was great

I don’t think I will be coming back here again to order anything. I ordered five seasoned chicken tenders and they were barely seasoned at all, not even shaking them around in the box would coat them. It’s like they got a few lazy shakes of seasoning and that was it. Not to mention, there was a HAIR in my food. The remake was a bit better but the portions were off. There was a tender in there the size of a tiny nugget, and others were small as well, I only had about half normal sized tenders. I’m wondering why I even bothered spending over $8 on this.

Came to this Hardee’s location only because I was working in this area today and received the worst breakfast sandwich ever. If I had the time I would have let them take it back and get my money. It looked like they just took two pieces of bread and two pieces of bacon with a little bit of powdered eggs and put it together. The bread looked like it never touched a skillet. I will add a photo. This was just horrible.
