These people suck and the service shows. Stingy with ketchup IF they can even remember it at all. Constantly have to remind them, it would never occur to them to ask if you need any condiments. The dining area looks like they swabbed everything with greasy dirty dish water.

From walking in the door and not being acknowledged to the young cashier given our food to someone else and having to wait even longer to food wasn’t even hot for 3 people to eat dinner at $40 it wasn’t worth it and I won’t be going back there.

This place produced the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at any business… I ordered the Frisco Sandwich and it was so nasty… the meat was OLD, COLD AND HARD… and the bread was sooooo soggy…I know for a fact it had been sitting out for a long time before it was served to me… I didn’t take a picture because I couldn’t help but throw it away the moment I seen it! I have attached pictures of the fries with HAIR on them… that was the worst. We ordered the “Chicken Strips” too and they were hard as rocks… disgusting. We were informed that the only sauce they had was buffalo… I have added a picture to represent this locations lack of cleanliness… … I am confused at how this Hardee’s has continued to stay open and operate with such a nasty environment and such terrible service. I looked for the health score and it was NOT posted where everyone can see it… which is a violation in itself.

Food is so good but I get tired of seeing the employee’s parking in the handicap parking. My husband has not been able to go inside and eat. Yes we know they work there because we have seen them park then go inside and clock in as I am now having to go in by myself.

This has always been my favorite Hardee’s. But today for lunch, I got two fish sandwiches fries, and a drink. As soon as they handed me the fries I could smell that they were bad. They were either cooked in old or burnt oil. Very disappointing.

The mushroom swiss burger from the summerville store had a human hair on the outside of the bun. I just looked over my sandwich before I ate it, and load and behold a nasty disgusting hair in my food. Not what I wanted or needed to calm my stomach from eating my back out. Not worth it turning around from my destination of Aiken. Lucky for me there was a hardee’s off the intrastate in orangeburg fixed my problem with no fuss. I much appreciated the fact that they fixed it without it happening at there store. That’s going beyond the standards.
