Terrible Service was given wrong orders then told could not exchange once order had been given, even though we had not left the counter yet kept saying corporate would not allow this. We were very unsatisfied. Will not be there again as long as the girl working at the drive-through is working there. we were going to dine in, but after being treated so rudely had her put her food in a bag and we left. I have never been treated so bad at any other restaurant anywhere

I purchased a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo. The hash brown was great; however, the bacon and cheese biscuit was horrible! I couldn’t believe that they served me a hard biscuit. When I unwrapped it, I noticed the biscuit was hard, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I attempted to bite into it, but it was so hard that I had to remove the bacon and part of the cheese. I couldn’t eat it and ended up wasting my money. I couldn’t believe it, so I had to take a picture of it.

I got a 5 piece chicken tender I had made it all the way home before I opened my food to eat once I did it was impossible to eat the chicken was extremely greasy the breading was soft and falling off and you could tell that the chicken was old or not fresh I Was preparing to go to a funeral and just wanted a quick meal before going there so I didn’t get to bring it right back I tried calling the store I got it from they just repeated hello over and over

You wait 15mins for them to talk to you at the drive thru. Went inside hoping it would be quicker and there are 2 employees and neither even acknowledge you’re in there. Absolutely insane.

If you decide to go in the morning and order a blueberry biscuit, be advised that the size is a lot smaller than your average biscuit and is around $2. Good but not worth the cost. Service was alright.

Tried to order two sandwiches through the drive through and they had our order correct. When we came to the window they had completely lost our order and when we explained it to them what we were getting 4 times over they still were confused when all we had was two sandwiches. They ended up only giving up one sandwich and said we needed to drive around again. I did not go back around as these workers would definitely find a way to mess it up again.
