With your permission, I’m sharing my opinion to this store. I bought a gift card for my uncle but had to return it because he wants something else. I feel really bad, so I decided to return it to the store and later give it to the associate. I’m not even sure the name of the associate, but appreciate the kindness. I’m actually very proud of the associate’s patience. If I were in his shoes, I don’t think I have the patience to deal with a customer like me. They said “Patience is a virtue.” You have the characteristics of a business leader. Keep it up! 5 star to this Chick-fil-a store for having an amazing employee.

Grabbed food on the way out of the mall and my whole order was wrong. I ordered 2 small fries, two small fruit cups, two small sweet teas, a large Coke Zero, and a kids meal.

After calling my name they gave me two small fries and two unsweetened teas
I stood there asked for the rest of my food got an eye roll walked off and never returned. Waited 10 minutes while others got their food and left because I was on a time crunch.

Very irritating and disgusting behavior..

I ordered food, and then went home because I didn’t want to stand in the mall any longer. Upon getting home, checking my food, and checking my receipt, I realized that my order was wrong. The cashier didn’t ring me up correctly according to the receipt, and something that was on the receipt was missing. I went back to get the correct thing, now having wasted gas to return, only to be met with the same cashier. Upon understanding that she didn’t get my order correct, I allowed her to charge me for it, after all, I didn’t actually pay for it, even if she was just trying to cover up her mistake. I stood there while she desperately tried to get the register working. I got fed up with waiting, and just left instead. I went back to my car and called to speak with whoever was in charge. They gave me a generic canned response about how the food should have been free and asked me what I want. Spotty service is one thing, but I have a seething hatred for canned, corporate sponsored responses from members of management. Disgusted at the levels of treatment from all levels, I decided to just leave. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but gas is quite expensive during the time of this review. The manager, or whatever they were, simply told me to come back later. If I do, I doubt very much that they’ll remember me, assuming I even get the same staff, and I doubt that they’ll know what to do then either anyway. Save yourself the horrific line at the mall location, and go up the road to the one at the intersection. They’ve renovated their parking lot, and they’re one of the fastest fast food restaurants on Harbison Blvd now.

I placed a mobile order and mistakenly entered in this location. Andrew called me and said my order was ready. I was at a neighboring CFA. They obviously didn’t have my mobile order so I called Andrew back to let home know I was headed his way. He was so pleasant and walked out to me car as he saw me approaching…..and it was a rainy rainy day! They even gave me hot fresh fries! Customer service at CFA is a gold standard. I appreciate Andrew!!

I have to ask multiple time for a receipt. I’m not sure why it’s an act of congress to get a receipt from this store. Two times I’ve visited and have not received a receipt after asking multiple times. I will eat at McDonald’s where I can at least get a receipt.

Extremely busy! (Oh, I don’t like giving this review) The regular chicken sandwich was good. The waffle fries were undercooked. I don’t particularly like their chicken nuggets. Perhaps I was there at a bad time. It WAS very busy. I’ve heard of this place for so long and to be close enough to patronize them was exciting for me. I’ll give it another chance.
