I ordered a breakfast platter with SAUSAGE ADD BACON. Add a large hash brown on the side. Cheese on grits. Large Hi C orange. This is what I received I will be returning on my lunch break to get my money back I even pulled up and waited and got this instead of what I ordered for $16.00

The absolute rudest staff. No greeting, no telling me the total, took forever, got our order wrong and then threw the worst attitude when I asked if we could get what we paid for. They acted irritated I even decided to buy your food. There was one sweet older woman working in the dining area. I’d be happy if owners wanted to reach out and I will tell you the date and time of my visit.

Updated review: 1 week later, we came about 10 min earlier than last week, and while the drive thru line was very long, going inside found just 1 person waiting to place an order. More people were working to take/fill orders and the same little lady on the lobby crowd doing a jammin job. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and my ladies loved their hot sausage biscuit. Thanks Hardee’s folks!

Early morning and long drive-thru line, so I went in. 3 people waiting to order and several waiting to pick up with one mature lady on inside register to take and complete orders. Line didn’t move in 10 minutes and I had an appointment. Previous sausage biscuit was good.

Don’t expect to “skip the line” just because you ordered ahead as orders aren’t exactly called out or always placed where they should go when completed.
Don’t expect the cashiers to type in the correct amount you gave them or to give you the correct change if you pay cash.
Don’t expect anything and you won’t be disappointed!

They have the best food for reasonable prices and generous portions. The menu is expansive and has alot variety. The service is 1st rate. The food is delicious!

Went through drive through ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches only got two . Walked in to ask for the other. When I got home opened it and instead of being a spicy chicken biscuit it was a gravey porkchop . Tried calling but they never answered and it automatically hangs up . By time I get back to the restaurant breakfast is over so its nothing they can do. Sucks but I guess I need to open all the sandwiches they give me even if its not mines before I leave the store now. Waste of hard earned money.

Hands down the slowest Hardee’s I think there is in the state. May just be the weekend staff but definitely not the A team by far.

Used to go here often but wont anymore. We walked in and no one was at the counter. We stood there for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We should have left then because it got worse as time went on. The fountain drinks were mostly carbonated water, even the tea was water. I waited 20 minutes for a burger with a soggy bun and luke warm fries. They gave us a few excuses like “we’re waiting on burgers, were had a huge order come in, were waiting on fries.” If they were waiting why was the drive thru getting their food and why was my food luke warm with soggy bread. Never again will we come here. They only care about the drive thru. In the dining room they move like pond water.

Wow oh wow, we never really expect much from fast food but this place really excels at poor service, attitude, ineptitude, apathy, and poor quality.
We attempted to order a few items and the poor staff just couldn’t keep from tripping over themselves to fail at delivering a decent meal.
The “low carb” burger was pathetic…just a sad panda burger slapped on some lettuce, not wrapped, not cared for, disrespectful to the cow it came from.
The order was completely wrong and we were locked in a good ol’fashioned non-verbal Mexican standoff….yes, we will pay for the food we ordered but you couldn’t add to our ticket…so awkward.
Avoid at all costs.

Thank you Yolanda W. At Hardee’s in Lexington Augusta Hwy.
With everyone fighting for basic needs I couldn’t find one place I could eat hot food and charge my phone (30+hrs no power and trapped with downed lines).
I walked in and Yolanda was all smiles and very hospitable. The food was fast and hot and the service was top tier.
