It was our first time visiting this particular restaurant, here in Franklin, NC. HEAVEN, the precious young lady that was working the front and taking orders, was amazing! Her super perky attitude and personality were so refreshing! I am so glad we chose to dine in this morning. We enjoyed hearing her sing little snippets of songs in the background as she did her job with a smile that lit up her whole face!I’d say that you’ve got a stellar employee in that young

The great management there was great very kind felicia went above and beyond to help me I want to say thank you and I will be back and tell others to come eat there. the food was super great and the temperature of the food was on point. Very friendly place to go eat. Over all thank you felicia for making my trip worth the drive.

Service was great and store was clean. Food was great and affordable. The manager suggested I download the app cause my daughter wanted chicken strips and they were on sale on the app today. Definitely impressed with the food and the service. Under new management from what I hear.

I am writing this review a little late, I got my food in February hence the heart-shaped biscuit, which I greatly appreciated. I was in town to drop off some paperwork at a doctor’s office, and passed this location on my way back to work. I downloaded the Hardee’s app on my phone and put a quick mobile order in. I ordered a hand-breaded chicken biscuit for breakfast, and it came out to around $5 total. The biscuit was delightful. The chicken was good, a little chewy here and there, but overall better than a McChicken biscuit. We got our food very quickly after letting the drive-through people know that we did a mobile order. The staff were courteous and responsive, which I loved.

We dined in at this Hardee’s for breakfast at about 0930. The biscuits were perfect. Everything was hot and fresh. The dining room could benefit from remodeling, but the important elements, such as food, service, and cleanliness were good. We would dine here again if we’re in the area again.

No air conditioning here In the past 2 months. What is wrong with these owners of this Hardee’s. Only 2 employees here at work. Sign on the door says closing @ 3 pm due to heat. These owners have had chance after chance to get this Hardee’s going. It’s a shame. It could be a really great restaurant.

Horrible service I went through the drive through ordered two biggy bags got told at the window the price has changed n went up 3 dollars per order I said that was fine but they should really take down their advertisement she got a serious attitude n when I asked for manager she said she was the manager I asked for her name for my review she refused n slammed the window horrible service will never go back n would encourage anyone I know or talk to to avoid giving there support to the Franklin store
