This is the large fry I was given. It was barely half full, and they were all grease soaked and limp, barely warm. The tenders I received were tough and barely warm as well. It’s just wack to spend more than 10 dollars for 3 tenders, fries, and a drink, and the fries and tenders are both messed up and bad.

My team from the fire department responded to a particularly challenging call and made a stop at the Hardee’s location. An older gentleman used inappropriate language, claiming that more people had arrived. While I acknowledge that they were short-staffed, it is important to understand the experiences my team has endured. We maintained professionalism despite overhearing his remarks.

Very laid back. The restaurant is super clean, and the staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated. The restrooms were super clean as well and well stocked. I just wish the ratings could go bigger than 5 stars. My family and I will be frequently going there for our food.

I’d give it a better review except that I came thru the drive thru for lunch, ordered a mushroom swiss.Got back to work to discover a black on one side burger. Sofas forward to dinner time. I decided to bring it back and was not made to feel comfortable for bringing it back. Then wanted to order dinner for my family since I was getting another burger. So, ordered food and after a few minutes decided I’d like a milkshake. To be told no, they are out of ALL three flavors of icecream. Are you kidding me. Lol.
What restaurant that sells shakes as a staple doesn’t have ANY icecream. Maybe the same one that serves an $8 burnt hamburger.

Bought a pork chop biscuit and a Frisco sandwich. Biscuit was burnt to a crisp, and the ham in my Frisco sandwich was sour and gray. I’ll consider myself lucky if I don’t get food poisoning from the one bite I took.

I didn’t get her name, but I went through the drive through. It was about 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 22, 2025. She was so helpful! My granddaughter said, “Pop Pop, that lady was so nice and helped get what we wanted.” I’m a retired Sales Manager with a very large company, and this young lady gets an A+ in customer service, and kindness. She tried to upsale me without being pushy. She saved me money by applying a special that I was unaware of. Management should recognize this outstanding employee!!!
