If I could leave 0 stars I would. We spent 20$ on a three piece tender, super star with cheese and a crispy chicken sandwich and the entire order was scorcheddd. When I tell you my burger snapped in half it was like a brick. They never answered the phone and the chicken was almost burnt as well. Absolutely disgusting

Being in the southeast United states, I ordered biscuits and gravy. I never thought to ask if there was sausage in the gravy. I just assumed so. Since it was biscuits and gravy. Where is the sausage? That’s crazy. Who wants plain white gravy over a plain white biscuit without any meat in it? You guys should be more specific and state that there is no sausage whatsoever inside your gravy. Very disappointing.

Food was sitting around, not hot! There were people waiting to order food but the staff member was on their phone instead of looking up to help for at least a min and then they helped pack up food instead. Our order was wrong twice and the staff didn’t even know the deals they had on the window outside or on the counter being advertised. Sad place. I ordered $30 worth of food and the tenders were not whole and were also cold and hard. I normally love Hardee’s!

I should have known something was up when there were no clean tables even though they weren’t super busy. We waited 20 min for our order before one of the employees came over to tell us that they had lost our order. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. He apologized and retook our order. While we waited (again), I went to the restroom. I’ve been in cleaner gas station bathrooms. When he finally brought our food, the employee who took our reorder told us he upgraded my teen daughter’s small fry to a medium. That’s it? Woop-de-do. On the bright side, the fries were decent. On the downside, my sandwich looked like something from a kids meal. I ordered the ham and cheese. It had 2 pieces of ham and half a piece of cheese on it. Not worth the money and definitely not worth the wait. We will not be back.

Was visiting out of town, I had the chance to stop by .I am usually on of the ones taking pictures this time I didn’t. I was disappointed in this Hardee’s all together, number 1 they couldn’t get out order right we were dining in . In observation they couldn’t get drive thru right either we were watching customers get mad drive off. Trash was on the floor , workers were standing around doing nothing , magt. Wasn’t doing nothing but sitting in the office joking with workers. I said something about my cheeseburger number 1 , when u order a cheeseburger it usually has cheese , meat, buns, with ketchup and mustard. I was luck I had the meat and buns. , When I said something about it. I was given a mustard packet. They had a office small trash ️ can behind the counter with trash on the floor .I told the guy he needed to study the sign to learn how to make the burgers correctly if they were going to sell them, they also needed to clean up the place. He was very lucky I didn’t bring my phone in because normally I would have . Before I left he was the only employee at this Hardee’s trying to Make a difference ! He ( Alan M.) was cleaning up trash , sweeping , and cleaning tables while everyone is did not. You could tell he really wanted to keep his job.

This place has went down hill very fast. I would give it zero stars if I could. Let’s start off with about 3 months ago. They were out of fries during lunch and decided that they were going to serve us hash-browns without informing us this, once we got home, we realized we were given hash-browns. We then brought the food back and asked for a refund when we were refunded, we were given the cost back for hash-browns when we were originally charge for fries so they had to fix another mistake that day. We picked up dinner another time and received very soggy , drenched grease fries. That were just so disgusting. No one would ever pay for those. We asked for them to be made fresh and were given, yet the same exact kind of fries that we received the first time, so we just asked for our money back. Just two weeks ago. I pulled through the drive-through and tried to order a three piece chicken tenders, just to be told they were out of chicken products! I went back the next day and they had chicken products and once I put my order in, I had asked for honey mustard as the dipping sauce just to pull around to the window and they told they are out of honey mustard. That is the only sauce that I prefer to eat their chicken products with and I was quite disappointed that they couldn’t tell me before I had completed my order. This kind young woman then realizes what’s happening in the drive-through and tells me she’s going all the way to the back to receive honey mustard for me and simply handed me two packets of it so now I’m starting to believe they are just too lazy to grab inventory so they come up with excuses that they are out of a lot of stuff. I’ve decided to take some time away from this fast food hoping that they would change and get better , just to find out as of today going through the drive-through. I asked just for a simple strawberry milkshake, and was told through the speaker that it was going to be a 10 minute wait just because they had to scoop it. How ridiculous does this particular location sound? I’ve gotten multiple milkshakes from Hardees. It should not take a 10 minute wait for a shake. For this location, they are lazy, very inconsiderate and lie about a lot of their inventory being out of stock .

I do not recommend unless you have 1hr lunch brakes. Sat in drive-through for 25 minutes waiting to place order left drive-through went inside store and stood there for 5 minutes and no one come to the register. Left with no food

Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been too. Always gets the order wrong, even with their new automated system, and the burgers are always like card board. They’re only redeeming quality was their shakes, and now they aren’t providing them anymore.
