Jacob was at the front, and wow, he’s such a gem! He’s so personable!! If he’s there, you’re in for a treat. Ask him about his hobbies!! We had such an engaging convo. Everyone else was very pleasant, as well. Very happy with my experience and will absolutely be back! I ordered the fresh Chicken with Broccoli, matcha boba, and both were delicious Thank you so much, Jacob & staff! Ya’ll WOK!

So I stumbled upon this establishment for lunch. It was absolutely very delicious. It was perfectly cooked and the staff were very friendly. I’m so glad it’s not far from the job because it’s my new go to. It’s new right off Oak Rd in Lawrenceville. It’s the old sonic, the decor is pretty and well designed for eating in. I ordered the chicken and shrimp rice. Price is definitely reasonable.

I’ve been here about three times. It’s time to leave a review. The place is always clean. It’s quiet. Great for those who need the mental quiet to relax your soul. The staff is always friendly and it has not been a time they have not greeted me soon as I walk in. The food is always hot. Always a great idea to drink their Thai tea. The meals are of decent serving for only paying less than ten dollars. Which blows me away how they give so much food of good quality for little charge to you. Other places are making you pay more for less quality. This place is a definite gem. Please come see for yourself why I keep coming back.

Finally found my new Chinese spot just a few mins from home. Emily up front very nice and polite with a smile! The food is absolutely amazing. I have been searching for good general tso for a while. They knocked it out of the park. Sweet and spicy no need for extra anything. The triple Mongolian is on the sweet side but that’s what I wanted. A package of hot sauce makes it perfect. I ordered the pork egg rolls but never made it to the order. A young lady was being trained at the time and that probably was the reason it never got rung up. That being said if they can stay consistent I will definitely be eating here once or twice a week. Can’t wait to try the curry chicken next time, the pictures look amazing.

Can’t believe I’m saying this because I love Asian food, but… this food was very below average. Thai Cafe from Cumberland mall taste much better than this place. I ordered the sesame chicken… it tasted & looked more like sweet & sour chicken. I mean the chicken was good… it just didn’t taste like sesame chicken (so two stars for that). The lo mein had an odd after taste… especially for it to be just noodles. Idk man, and finally the milk boba tea… I would not recommend. The boba taste & felt like the dehydrated boba pearls you buy from the grocery store and toss them in boiling water. The texture was off & it broke apart too easily. I guess I just expecting more, especially since this place is supposed to be an actual “restaurant”. Happy I tried it because I was curious, but I’ll stick to the mall.
Oh yeah and the portions?! They were super small to be called a “dinner” size. Maybe I’m just used to the insane portions that this country is known for. It was just another reason to be disappointed and for me to re-establish my loyalty to mall ‘Chinese’ (Asian) food.
I don’t mean to be overly critical, but it’s just an honest review from someone who really likes all types of Asian food. Also one last thing. I might suggest for delivery to consider using some of those sealing stickers. If you’re not going to have the tight lid sealers like most places that sell boba have, maybe just put one of those long stickers across the cup lid (that attaches to the cup on all sides) so the customer feels at least a little bit of security knowing their drink wasn’t tampered with. Not saying mine was, but most restaurants do it and I think customers appreciate it.

Chick’n wok is a great place for dinner! My favorite order is the sesame chicken with steamed rice and a mango boba tea, the chicken is flavorful and crispy and the rice is perfectly cooked, and the boba is very sweet and extremely smooth! The service is also very good, the servers always greet you with a smile and make your drinks efficiently and consistently high quality! I 100% percent recommend eating here 🙂

Chic N’ Wok is absolutely amazing! The General Tso’s chicken is hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy, perfectly sauced, and packed with flavor in every bite. I also tried the Thai tea, and it was just as incredible—refreshing, creamy, and the perfect compliment to the meal.
On top of the great food, the atmosphere really stood out. The restaurant had a calm and relaxing vibe, with soft music playing and peaceful nature scenes on the TVs. It made the whole dining experience even better. The service was quick and friendly, and everything tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

I ordered delivery and let me say:
For ages I have been trying to find a Chinese takeout place that has sesame chicken similar to what you would get at a food court in the mall. It seems like many places do not deep fry the chicken before adding the sauce.
Chick’n Wok does such a great job of replicating the type of sesame chicken I’ve been looking for.
The crispy skin from being fried, but tender all the way through the meat. It’s just perfect. When I was a teenager living in New York, the mall had a great Chinese food place called “Flaming Wok” , with the greatest sesame chicken. This reminds me of it.
All of the other food is also great. We also had the Kung Pao beef w fried rice, an order of Crab Rangoon, & egg rolls.
Everything very tasty!

The food was straight up garbage. I’ve been looking for yummy Chinese food everywhere and I’ve yet to find it. The crab rangoons were pretty okay, they didn’t give me my sauce. The shrimp fried rice had barely any shrimp and it tasted very fishy and cold. The fried rice was tasteless, it had a sour taste to it and tasted like something that could be attempted at home. The service was not great either. I’m so mad with this purchase I’ll never be coming back here again.
