Had a burger this morning that was absolutely the worst fast food burger I’ve eaten.
I was given a burger that tasted like it was a day old, couldn’t eat it I had to spit it out after one bite.
I stopped eating hardees years ago because of undercooked chicken at a different location and sort of expected this. I remember when the burgers were good at hardees now I’ll never go back

It was my first time eating breakfast at this location on Tuesday the 6th. I was greeted warmly by Mrs. Juanita, the breakfast manager, and she had someone come to take my order. We decided to try the pork chop and gravy biscuits, the loaded omelet on sourdough instead of biscuit and hashbrown rounds. It didn’t take long for our order to be ready.
I didn’t get any pictures of the pork chop and gravy biscuit. My husband enjoyed it too quickly. It is very good. The loaded omelet on sourdough is very good too. I would highly recommend giving them a try if, you haven’t already.
Mrs. Juanita got my order together and she is extremely nice and pleasant to speak with.
She answered all the questions that I had about them hiring and how to get my daughter to apply.
Thank you, Mrs. Juanita for being so nice and helpful. We will be back to this location to try more items on the menu.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered an order 3 days ago thy never answered the phone after I left when my order was wrong. It was a group order I didn’t have my receipt but work next door. We all eat here all the time. 3 days later they can finally answer but can’t do anything about my order being wrong. I recommend going somewhere else. Or a different Hardee’s. We literally spend so much money with the store and they can’t even fix something they messed and couldn’t answer the phone for in the first place.

Well Hardee’s, you did again. You let me down again. Im a huge fan too; have been for years. I havent been to this location for a while since I was disappointed the last time I went. I chose it because its close to my house and I hadn’t eaten all day and was starving. I ordered the original bag and that burger I got was HORRENDOUS!! The bread felt like it had been left out all week and it was colder than a Targaryan heart. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. I wont give up on them but I won’t go to that location again. TRASH!!

Hardees is the best deal Around. $5.99 lunch bag with two sandwiches, fries and a drink. Plus a discount for Veterans! Basically about half the price of the local “Preppy” burger joints and more items. Now days that means alot.

The person taking the orders cannot speak loud enough to hear them over the traffic after 3 attempts I drove to the window where the employee proceeded to tell me it wasn’t her fault Hardee’s had ragged speakers. I finally got the order in and had to sit there 8 minutes for whatever to cook so the food that was sitting in the bag was cold and nasty.

3 stars are for the cinnamon biscuits. If you are going to bring them back then BRING them back. Not the frozen reheated ones. Nice try but those who know, knows. Fresh made or scrap the notion!

Manager Jamaya was serving ppl raw undercooked meat when calling back to store to let her know the meat is raw on burgers she refused to give her name until we let her know we were letting their main office know before they get someone sick then she stated her name was jamaya and that she was sorry she didn’t know the meat wasn’t cooked be very careful at this location they have gotten very slack in the evening hours especially 04/04/24 around 8pm
