I always get the mushroom and Swiss with a lg fry to share with my dog, but this was an out of town visit so I opted for onion rings. The lady taking my order was so nice and explained that they were out and were actually discontinuing the onion rings (boo!). She then provided me with other side options- I ended up with fries, per usual.

Just another typical Hardee’s but with a twist. The drive through window was tapped off so we went in to dine. As we were deciding what to order, I saw some fries that were spilled over to the table beside the tray of fries. The associate finally saw it and she just casually grabbed them with her bare hands, and I thought she was going to throw it away but tossed right into the tray of fries which was served to others. I don’t mind putting it back in the tray but gosh, grabbing with her bare hands after she was handling cash, the register, cups, touching her hair, etc. Add to that, the dinning room was surrounded with window, the day is 100 degrees out, the AC is out, and the room was hotter inside than outside. Glad I only ordered 3 chicken fingers, quickly gobbled that up and got out as fast as I could.

Been a long time since I had eaten a Hardee’s burger and had forgotten how bad a Hardee’s burger could be. Dry patties that had been cooked for a while. Fries weren’t as hot as they should have been. Mt. Pleasant deserves better. Sign out front said Under New Leadership. Leadership needs to do some serious quality control.

It’s a shame because that’s all we got fast food wise. Once in a while I’m not disappointed. Foot hurts and wanted a quick close meal. Again disappointed and can’t understand why they would send out a sad dry burger with hard bread. Burger was burnt all around the edges as well. To much trouble to go back and then just get more subpar food. Hardee’s do better!!! and if you were smart you would slap a Red Burrito in there too.

We were told when we ordered in the drive thru that it would be a 7 min wait for part of our order. Ended up waiting over 30 mins in the drive thru. Once we got our food the rest was cold.

Pretty disappointing, tbh. The chicken sandwich was dry and the toppings were not fresh. The milkshake was very liquid, like there wasn’t much ice cream in it at all. I drove thru here on my way from Charlotte to somewhere else… If you can find another option, do that.

So I always get the same thing at Hardee’s. A mushroom and swiss burger on dough bread. After 8 mins waiting to get to the window they take my money and pull me forward, so cooperate thinks they move cars thru drive thru fast than they do.. another 7 minutes waiting at the white line and finally they bring my order. That’s all I ordered was a combo and boom fries were cold and the burger was on a regular bun. I eat a lot of different Hardee’s and this one in particular is in my opinion the worst of all the Hardee’s and this is one that should’ve been closed.
