Food is always good BUT, I don’t like it when the drive thru crew wants me to pull up, and actually told me that if I don’t it will keep the SERVICE clock running. WHY would I pull up to stop their service clock if my order has not been completed? Is that not MY service? The clock should run until I have my food and have had time to check my order. That is when they have completed my service.

The breakfast crew at this location consistently delivers excellent service and deserves full recognition for their professionalism and efficiency.
Unfortunately, my experiences with the evening staff have been markedly different. On two separate occasions, I had negative interactions with a night-shift employee named Cody. During my first encounter, he identified himself as the General Manager. Months later, when I asked who the GM was, he stated that he did not know their name. This inconsistency was concerning.
I returned in the evening to resolve a minor issue from earlier in the day, as I had been advised by the manager on duty to do so. Despite following those instructions, I drove approximately 15 minutes only to be spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner at the drive-through window. While there are additional details, I believe it is more appropriate to address those concerns through corporate channels rather than elaborate further here.
As an update, I returned the following morning and spoke directly with the General Manager, who was professional, attentive, and resolved the issue promptly. Based on that resolution, I have adjusted my rating from one star to three.
In summary, I highly recommend this location for breakfast. However, I would advise caution when visiting during the evening hours, at least until the night staff consistently demonstrates a stronger customer-first approach!

Customer service like this deserves a shoutout! I accidentally ordered the wrong thing when I went inside today (user error ♀️), and Julie was so gracious and fixed it immediately. She wouldn’t even let me pay the difference. In a world where good service can be hard to find, this Hardee’s always delivers. 10/10 recommend!

i usually avoid this location because i categorize their burgers as “Fast Food So Fast Its Not Even Hot”

Ordered 3 large meals. Did not receive 2 of the large fries. I went in to make them aware of the mistake they handed me 1 large fry I told them I needed one more, They gave me another but it wasn’t a large. The fries were not hot and burnt, my sandwich was barley warm and the soda tasted like it was about ready to run out. We did not receive a receipt so I could not visually show them my order. $32.00 for absolutely trash food. I understand it is hardees and not outback steakhouse but the food should be hot and edible. The is the last time we will be stopping here.

I stopped here back on Memorial Day 2022 and while at the drive thru window I noticed the flag was tore and in bad shape. I asked for the Manager and I informed her of the Flag Code and that it was very disrespectful to fly it, I asked her to take it down and have it disposed of properly. Fast forward to July 5,2022 and the same flag is up and looks worst then before. Since This Hardee’s does not take pride in this country and is Disrespecting our Flag I will take my money to another restaurant when in the Hwy150 area.
