Stopped by for lunch today. Ordered the chicken tenders, which were good. Got a chicken sandwich which was supposed to the “Big Chicken” and it tasted and looked like it was cooked yesterday. Got a “Big” ham and cheese and it was tiny. Got our pups a burger and it was OK. Total was 30.00. Not worth it and they were not busy at lunch at all. Now I know why.pic is of the hot ham and cheese.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger. What I got was a wet hockey puck with cheese on a third of the burger and half a head of lettuce. I don’t expect a gold-plated burger served by the Queen’s royal guard, but McDonalds has better presentation and their food looks more appetizing than this for the same price. Burger tasted alright for what it was, and the only decent thing I got was the fries which were great. It also seems to be a running gag that the employees are rude, and unsurprisingly the person who served me was short and impatient with me.

This Hardee’s use to be so good food was hot. Your orders came correct.. The employees actually cared about their customers ! Hardee’s Belmont NC, you should shut your doors, fire everyone there because no one cares about the quality of the food or the customers. Someone should remind them it’s us is the reason they have a job!!!!!I door dashes a biscuit and gravy. Well biscuit cold and gravy cold greasy it was disgusting I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! The inside of Hardee’s was dirty it looked as if no one has swept or mopped in years . The ladies room was nasty dirty ! So overall I will not eat there ever again ! I would eat McDonald’s first and they’re not any better ! I hope someone of importance gets this message and makes a trip to that store ! If anyone in this company cares which the way it was I doubt it, take a trip to Belmont NC and see for yourself

I ordered the Frisco burger, chicken tenders and fries via online. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. However, the food and the location was a huge letdown. The building needs an extensive renovation or refresh. It appears very old and outdated. The fries were nothing special but what’s expected. But the chicken tenders were small and overcooked. The biggest disappointment was the burger – dried overcooked pattie and bun not grilled.

Ordered a junior ham and cheese sandwich for my dad and an original bag with 2 ranch wraps for myself. The chicken was hard and hurt my jaw to chew it. And the ham and cheese sandwich was cold to touch. I took the sandwich back up and asked for a hot one. I had to carry it in the fry container cause we dump our fries out on our wrappers. She took it from me went to hand it to the cook and asked him to stick it in the microwave with a bite taken out of it. That’s completely unsanitary …. I said “NO, I want a FRESH one not the same one with a bite taken out of it” the replacement was warm to touch but no better. Photo attached of “fresh sandwich”. This use to be the Hardee’s worth going to. Now I’ll never come back. The cashier lady up front had no customer service and was rude to say the least

My family went to the restaurant and ordered our food and it took well over 30 minutes to get our food. The cashier and kitchen staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. The kitchen staff made butter biscuits for our order immediately upon our order being placed and 40 minutes later when I asked for fresh biscuits (because we were not even given the old ones) I was told that they would not give me fresh ones because those were still fresh because they had been in the warmer box that whole time. I asked for my money back and was told they could not give it back. I walked away without the biscuits. A few minutes later the cashier yelled across the restaurant that the butter biscuits were ready. I told her she could bring them to me since I had waited so long for my food and was finally eating it. She asked me (this is a direct quote) “DO YOU WANT ME TO WASH YOUR FEET TOO?” This was the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my entire life!!!!!! Someone needs to seriously explain what customer service means to these rude and obnoxious employees or clean house and find people who have an attitude that reflects better customer experience. I give this place a NEGATIVE 20 out of 10.

The burgers here are always good and the people here are friendly and fast. It’s a shame they close at 9PM now instead of 10PM. I used to go here every night at 9:30PM to get a burger right after work. A real shame.

I will start by saying a really like Hardee’s breakfast biscuits. I don’t go to fast food for breakfast much but the times that I have gone here, it’s typically in the drive thru and I always had to pull forward and wait for them to bring my one (maybe 2) biscuits out. Today, the line was long so I went inside. I ordered one biscuit. She misheard what I ordered and after paying for it, it occurred to me that was more than what it should have been. I questioned the price I had paid and the cashier slammed the receipt in the counter and pointed to what she rang up. So I told her what I had ordered (diff of course from what she rang up). She started huffing and puffing so I just told her to give me my money back and I would leave. This cashier starts low talking with the lady that is supposed to come and take care of the refund because the cashier seems to have no idea to simply say, I misunderstood your ordered, I can take care of that. So now, they both have some kind of attitude and ignore me altogether. Finally, the drive thru lady came over and gave me my money back. I was never rude and wasn’t even mad that the mistake had been made, but the attitudes were ridiculous! Maybe they need to hire more staff or something, but whatever the case, there was no need to have the attitude. I will not go back to this Hardee’s again.

The service was horrible, Girl had a bad attitude about having to do her job. Only ordered 2 things and still managed to mess it up. I asked for my cups for the combos and was told “ you’ll get them when i give them to you”. When questioned about the meals being wrong i was told well that’s what i ring up for you. Sunday morning nov 2nd the lady inside needs to be sent to customer service training. The south point fire department had a order they got it wrong never apologies had a attitude with every customer. Customers walking out made her happy
