This place sucks. Ordered lunch in drive thru around 1120am. Ordered 2 combos and a white meat snack. Didnt get any straws, napkins, or hot sauce. Fries with both combos were cold. Gave my daughter mtn dew when she asked for lemonade, gave my diabetic wife regular soda instead of diet without saying anything. Didn’t even get a receipt. Absolutely will not return

Always had a good experience at the Drive-through.
Inside is a different issue… there is no sense of urgency as they prioritize the Drive-through… the staff ignores you and socializes rather than provide any real customer service. .. plus, they put the dumbest of the bunch taking your order.
Do not go inside to order… go to the Drive-through then come inside to eat.
Country Fried Steak Biscuits are always good!!!

The jalapeno double is by far my favorite sandwich. They executed it perfectly!! Points off only because it was rather busy and they didn’t really move with any urgency, but the food was and always is excellent.

This location does not care about their food at all. I keep giving them a chance but this is the last time. It’s like the food I ordered has been left out for a week and served to me! I’m not a dog, I’m a human being! A simple solution is to cook the food after it is ordered & serve it to the customers.

We ordered at the drive-through, which was fast as the restaurant was not busy. At the window, I saw the sanitation score was 92.5. I was a bit skeptical about the food at this point bc I generally don’t eat at restaurants with a sore less than 94. But being a server in the past, I know sometimes these scores aren’t really reflective of the establishment on a regular basis. So I decided to have an open mind. Anyway we got our food and I have to say I was impressed. Everything was hot and looked a lot like the advertised photos on the menu board. Unlike a very well-known restaurant where the food looks nothing like the pictures. The double cheeseburger was tasty and substantial. The chicken tenders were fantastic! They were full, hot tenders and very well seasoned. As we were driving, I did not take pictures. I don’t eat at Hardee’s generally, but I think I may start.
