We ordered at the drive-through, which was fast as the restaurant was not busy. At the window, I saw the sanitation score was 92.5. I was a bit skeptical about the food at this point bc I generally don’t eat at restaurants with a sore less than 94. But being a server in the past, I know sometimes these scores aren’t really reflective of the establishment on a regular basis. So I decided to have an open mind. Anyway we got our food and I have to say I was impressed. Everything was hot and looked a lot like the advertised photos on the menu board. Unlike a very well-known restaurant where the food looks nothing like the pictures. The double cheeseburger was tasty and substantial. The chicken tenders were fantastic! They were full, hot tenders and very well seasoned. As we were driving, I did not take pictures. I don’t eat at Hardee’s generally, but I think I may start.

Food was okay, had better burgers from other Hardee’s. Cashier was friendly but only problem I had was she questioned if I was done and if I wasn’t eating due to the fact I only ordered 2 kids meals instead of 3 since I had 3 kids with me. My kids don’t eat much so that’s why I only got 2 so they can share instead of spending the money on an extra kids meal just to throw it away. It just rubbed me the wrong way when she asked.

The food is good (as far as Hardee’s goes) my only issue is the drive thru. If you’re in the dinning room placing an order no problem, but try to keep it simple if your going through the drive thru. Not bashing the workers but God forbid you go through with coupons…. it’s as if they weren’t trained on how to properly use them with the register system. Other than that its wonderfull in the mornings but after the shift change its a different story…

Definitely The service changed a lot of since when I come 2 year ago. I went to it Today after a long time at work around 5. The Place is not busy with only 1 other customer. I order 2 combo chicken tender (for me and my mom) and a Grill Cheese Chicken Sandwich *NO CHEESE/Diary Product* for my little sister. The SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE! When we get our order, I check in my car and notice that they did not remove the cheese and it PLAINLY melted on it. When I went in with my sister to replace it. They Act like annoyed with us to come back. I explain in a calm plain manner and they start laughing and gossip about something to each other. The one at the Cashier give us a stare and took our order to “fixed” it. We heard them talking bad about us being ASIAN and curse us out behind our back. (I am not deaf). Again they keep giving us dead stare. They came back with a frown and say to us that they DO NOT TO WASTE FOOD. Little do I expect that Someone doing service for other is that disrespectful. Again we check (Because I not letting anyone contaminate my food for my sister) Little do I expect (well my sister expected it) they just scrape off the cheese. they is a solid CHUNK of cheese still stuck on that Bun. Again we wented back to get it replace and again They act annoyed that we COME BACK. We explained that we need a true replacement and not a cheap way of dealing with something they have no idea of. The Women in the front become mad and she just take our food slowly and giving us death stare. Again They curse us and laugh giggle calling use “Sh*t” and stuff. We asked For a refund and she give us the most Annoyed frown I ever seen in my life. My sister Told her that she and her mom really can’t eat Diary since They allergic to it. The Women act suprised like that does not exist and went quiet and continue frowning ask we ASK multiple time for a refund.(Never seen anyone who don’t give a single care to a person with allergy to something that might killed that person) She give it to us and we leave as I shared my Chicken tender with my sister. I am never going to go back to that place. The service here is so different then the one at Rocky Mount and Roanoke Rapid. (Note: Food is fine and the Manager I met Last time is Nice but the Worker is the complete opposite)
