Order was correct, service is fast every time I come here. The employees are very nice and helpful, especially the young man named Cedric. He remembered my name from the last time I went. He deserves a raise. We need more people like him!!

Said they were closed at 925 pm after accepting my mobile order and taking a few cars i seen drive up to the window. In fact a person was at the window when i pulled around to the speaker. Why would they go to the window for service if they were turning customers away? They tell me with attitude they are closed. No reason given. So i have to fight for a refund cause they also refused to help with that either. They sure did “complete” my order through the app though. Also why would you ask ‘what would you like to order’ I say i have a mobile order then you say your closed. Why ask that if you’re closed? Just say you’re closed right? Unless they weren’t supposed to be closed and didn’t have a reason to be closed….
Also noticed when i went back that way they just sat there at least 15 min doing nothing. If they are not accepting orders and not cleaning or doing anything but staring out and around why are they there getting paid? It takes 15-30 min to close even taking orders until the end. I know this because I’ve worked food at multiple places and only rare occasions does it take more than 20 minutes to shut down a store. If they stopped taking orders before 930 then they likely have no real business in the store except to milk the clock.
This is becoming a common trend of the entire area to close early or say they are out of most things with no genuine reason other than people want to get paid to do nothing.
Im sick of the growing trend and behavior and id rather go hungry than go back to any establishment that is okay disrespecting customers and closing early yet sticking around to get paid to do nothing.

First time I came to this location, mobile order at 810AM Aug 28 2025.
Got my food and asked the cashier for the Medium Cup that goes with my order. The middle aged lady then in front of 5 other customers proceed to make a nasty comment followed by oh good lord What now?! ( they were not busy), I said a Coke Zero, thank you. Another in line said she needs to fix her attitude. She then gave me back the drink with a hateful look and immediately turned back towards the grill line. I again said thank you cause it’s how I was raised.

The staff is extremely slow they act like they don’t want to work. The customer in front of me waited 20 minutes just for the employee to give him his drink. It makes no sense that they are this slow especially since they know that this is where all the highschool kids come.

Went thru drive thru during BREAKFAST hours and before I could even place my order, a woman comes on the speaker and says “breakfast is over we are now serving lunch” very rudely This was at 10:30 am and they supposedly serve breakfast until 12.

Cockeyed lady was a smart ass when she took my order. I didn’t even know which eye to look at when I spoke to her. I specifically said I need strawberry jelly numerous time. And did not receive it. But thinking back. Maybe she really wasn’t look at me when I was talking to her idk. *shrug*

use the drive thru..ordered 2 crimmon rolls and super bacon biscuit..only received to crimmon rolls..2 days later ordered 2 lemon-strawberry biscuits with crimmon roll and received only 1 lemon-strawberry biscuit. this is happening to often.
