Went through the drive through on my way to work thinking it would be 10 mins max, I waited in the drive through line for over 25 mins and I only ordered a kids meal cheese burger, a chocolate shake and a large sweet tea. The employees were rude when I asked if my cheeseburger was plain, they didn’t even include a straw in the bag for any thing so I have to resort to using a coffee stir from my work across the street! My cheeseburger is dry and cold so I don’t think I was waiting that long for anything to be made fresh ?? I used to love coming here and all I was wanting was a good cheeseburger… but this location is something else for real.

It is fast-food, so on that scale: Food was as expected. Service was mediocre, also expected. Disappointed they have not had shakes, at that location, apparently for a very long time. I do not know if this is company wide. I would prefer the shake, over the food, personally.

I came through to get just a plain biscuit and a drink before work. Unfortunately my biscuit was hard as a rock…I felt it as soon as I put my hand in the bag so I’m sure the employees felt it when they wrapped it up! Why would you serve someone something you wouldn’t eat yourself!

I stop in here a lot for breakfast since it is near where I work. I almost always use the drive thru and it is always fast and my order is always accurate. I love the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich and the hash rounds.

Food took forever despite being the only customer in store. Constant screaming from the kitchen and arguments between staff.
I legitimately don’t think I’ve seen a more dysfunctional fast food restaurant in my life. Only stopped by because it was on my way back to Virginia. If I had magic wizard time Travel powers I would go back 30 minutes, find content in my hunger, and just drive the 3 hours home.

Stopped in deciding to give this place another chance, I shouldn’t have. Waited 20 mins for my order (the only customer in the restaurant) while at least 6 employees working. While I was waiting customers were requesting refunds from the drive thru for extremely unnecessary wait times. The night manager couldn’t have seemed to care less about losing customers. This is the third time ive had this exact experience with the same crew working nights. Something drastically needs to change with this place. The crew seems to have absolutely no interest in their work.
