I just ordered a 5 dollar meal and they got my order wrong. The food was okay but the coffee was way way too sweet. One sip of the ice coffee and it felt like I had drank pure sugar. I took one sip of the coffee and it tasted like I had taken a full spoon of sugar and ate it. I don’t usually go to dunkin because anytime I do its the same problem. I dont get why you would make a drink taste like pure sugar? If I wanted sugar I would of requested that but this is not ice coffee. Its diabetes in a cup.

Food and drinks are always correct and good. Service is usually quick. I always use the drive-thru and the app. Sometimes the window service person is grumpy and probably needs a little more customer service training.
This location is in a small strip mall. Whoever owns that property, does not keep up with the landscaping, as it looks ragged all the way around outside. That’s the only reason it wasn’t a 5 star.

Ordered on the app at 4:55pm. Showed up at 5:20. No one in line….and had to wait close to 10 minutes for my 2 drinks to be made…..and one of them was made wrong. Hot coffee instead of ice coffee. And when I told them, it took another 5 minutes and it was STILL done wrong. Label on the cup was correct…and they made it wrong….TWICE. 3 employees that I could see and 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and couldn’t even do that correctly. Then given no receipt to boot. I’d love the franchise owner’s phone number. Slowest Dunkin in the area.

I had to explain my order to them 3 times before they got it right then since there computer was down. I as the customer had to provide my pin n paper to them cause they didn’t know how to take the order down without the computer. The donuts didn’t taste good, and when they said they could heat the donuts up.The almost burn them.

Ordered a dozen donuts online. Arrived and was told none of the three varieties I paid for were in stock. Drove 20 min there and all they had in stock were blueberry muffins and old fashioned. Great job guys. When I asked to speak to manager they told the clerk to tell me I could apply for a refund on the app. Couldn’t be bothered to come to the front.

I contacted customer support which wasn’t any help only received a call to talk about the situation and email to confirm the situation. Nothing else has happened since I talked to the representative. Supposedly the district manager was supposed to get in touch with me but it’s been almost two weeks and still no word.

So this place really needs to be cleaned. They are very under staffed and I feel horrible for the employees they have here. They are stretched thin. A guy had been waiting a very long time for his order. He got it. The sandwich was wrong. He waited even longer for a new sandwich. He got it. He went out to his car. Came back and showed everyone how nasty it looked, which it kind of did. He left so mad he hurled his drink at the outside wall at which time the staff had to lock the doors for our safety. The sourdough sandwich I got was good, the one my hubby got was wrong so we had to wait even more for that one. Than I noticed the black stuff on the caramel bottles and I got a caramel coffee…I threw it away. After working in deli’s and restaurants I grew incredibly concerned about the rather icky appearance behind the counter.

Destroyed my donuts in tha microwave. Basically, I spent $9 to eat one cold donut. Clueless staff and manager. Duh!!! never spending a dime with them again and will let others know.
