Drive through experience, horrible! If I could give a Zero I would. Right nicely cancelled my order, got my money back, and went to McDonald’s! Way better customer service and management! Don’t waste your time here, now I see why no one is hardly over here!

First time eating here. Stopped for breakfast as I drove through the town. Went inside to eat. The lady taking my order was pleasant and courteous. I noticed the restaurant was clean and the condiments area was stocked and clean. Food was up quickly and was delicious.

I don’t normally have issues with the taste of the food but I believe there is an issue with attention to detail. My husband and I frequently visit this location and often have things missed from our order for example a monster burger with only one burger patty, or a superstar with no onion that has extra onions on it. Today I ordered a super bacon biscuit which is supposed to have fried egg and not folded egg. I specifically ordered a sandwich with the fried egg and still received folded egg and if they were out of regular eggs that should have been communicated and I would have changed my order. I would eat here more and recommend this location if I felt like they paid enough attention to get my order to me the way I ordered it

I went through the drive through today, and like always I could barely understand what the person taking my order was saying.
I got to the window and the guy taking my money just stared at me with out saying a word. I gave him my money and then waited 5 min to get my food. The employee handed me my food, and never said a word.
Also no napkins in the bag.

Today I ordered through the mobile app to get lunch for my family. When I got there to pick my order they said some one had hit their water line and couldn’t serve anyone. I was completely fine with that and I understand. All I wanted was a refund. They said to me that I have to go through the app to get a refund. When I told them that there was no way to get a refund through the app they told me I need to contact customer service but there isn’t even a way to contact customer service through the app. I said I was not leaving until I had verification of the money going back into my account or I had a refund. The manager gave me a number that said sorry the voicemail is full and gave a “sus” web address. I even played it back to the manager on duty and she acted like she couldn’t help. The manager told her staff to go ahead and make the food. Remember they have no water, they cannot wash their hands. I told them I do not want the food if you can’t wash your hands properly. The cashier told me that they were washing their hands with water that was boiled then cooled down with ice. After her telling me that I definitely wanted my money back. The manager still refused to help me so I called the Louisburg police because I had no idea how else to handle this situation. Before the officer could talk to the manager she was on the phone getting my refund. After today, I will not go to the Hardee’s in Louisburg again.

At this point I’m just wondering why this establishment is still in business. It never fails if you come between 8:00-9:00p they’re magically “out of chicken”. When in reality they just don’t want to cook anymore so they can clean and leave right at 10:00. Just got a list of about 15 things they’re “out” of when ordering at the drive thru. This restaurant can literally be replaced with ANYTHING at this point and it would be an instant upgrade.
