Wow, the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. Some of the employees weren’t wearing gloves.I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo, and the gravy was like pudding, and the biscuits weren’t made right. It was nasty, but I ate it. The employees weren’t friendly either. I also got sweet tea, and it looked like water with a yellow tint to it. It didn’t look like tea at all. I got photos to prove it except the tea. Becareful food might get cross contaminated too. I will never come back to this one, that’s for sure

Completely wrong breakfast meals. I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito got an egg biscuit instead. Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese brioche sandwich got a brioche bacon sandwich. Window person was in a hurry and not paying attention. Only 1 other car in line. Last two times at this location were average service this time will be the last.

First off I love Hardee’s but he Manager there this morning was very rude (older Caucasian lady). I did not get her name which I should have but in anycase, my wife and I went through the drive through and ordered some food and two of the orders were missing after we checked the bag. I went back in the store and informed her that I was missing two orders, I had the drinks just not the biscuits and tots. She got frustrated with me asking her about the nice Hispanic lady in the back told her that she never put the orders in the bag in which I appreciated her help I think she deserves a raise because she told her twice in which the manager I guess let out a loud frustration noise. Then she finally put my food in the bag and just swung the bag around to me instead of putting it in the original bag I brought back in with the food in it. The only reason why I didnt give this lady as piece of my mind is because I was in a hurry, there were other customers waiting, and somebody had to be the adult in the situation. She works in customer service and if she is going to be rude maybe thats not the job fot her anymore. Once again the two Hispanic ladies that were working in the back excellent job and the young lady that was working in the drive through she was great as well but the Manager she needs to work on her people skills how you gone get mad at me for something you messed up.

Why rate a Hardee’s you may ask? Well listen, I knew it would be bad, I had braced for revulsion and nausea as I ordered the late night double Monster Burger, but nothing could prepare me for the sickening squish of the first bite and mushy corpse-like meat with goopy sauce. Unsure of the provenance of this mushroom based slime. The traveller’s hunger compelled me to finish the burger, as if a strange compulsion took me over to finish what had started, to remove this dead spirit of a burger from this world, to bury the monster burger forever. The sweaty crinkle fries a mediocre consolation at best…something like fried tomato caterpillars. Bon apetit…p.s. you wont be able to replicate either of these entrees at home, this “food” is 3d printed in the underworld by the undead

The girl, Crystal, working the drive thru was absolutely amazing. Her positive attitude really made my day. The fact she read my order back to me and made sure I had plenty of napkins and ketchup for the kids really made me feel like she cares. You don’t get good service like this at most fast food places. This girl went above and beyond and deserves a raise!

I travel a lot and i haven’t seen such a good health code grade in a very long time. They weren’t busy at all and my food was still hot and tasted fresh. The cashier was prompt and friendly. Its nice to see a place take pride in being clean and having quality food.

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and the third time my order has been incorrect. I’ve ordered the big ham and cheese three times and I haven’t gotten one yet. Today I got a crispy chicken sandwich… The drive through line also took more than 20 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of me.

Normally I like this Hardee’s because the food is usually hat and fresh. Today however I had a problem with the customer service. The older lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude. First, I walked in and she had to get up from her seat. Then she ignored me for a couple of minutes-I was the only one in line. I ordered and asked for honey mustard with my chicken. I got my food and no honey mustard. I stood by the counter, ignored again. She finally acknowledged me, I asked and received the condiment. As I was walking out the door, she started talking about me . I overheard her say, that woman was at the counter for 5 minutes… Well I was irritated but I was polite. There was no one else in line. This is unacceptable and no, I will not be back.

We don’t usually visit Hardee’s located at exit-191 on I-85 in Butner NC but today I rediscovered why! Today I went to get two of the advertised Lemon-strawberry biscuits, they said they had not had them for days and have ideal when they would have them again. The manager was rude, arguing with the cook and drive through teller. A customer at window was asked to pull forward to wait on order, I eat my food and the waiting drive-through customer came in asking about her order, the manager rudely told her the order was being prepared, the customer ask for her money back, the manager rudely slung a biscuit across the room and refunded her money. A couple weeks ago we got chicken platters, they were really good. Got 2 platters again today. Missing the coleslaw and dip. The fries and the chicken were cold. After just a 3 minute ride home should have been ok. There were tons of fries but we didn’t eat but a few because of the temp. Even the bread was soggy. So disappointed.
