Got the chicken strip WOW what a change these were smaller and less tasty than the ones I had in the past . Hardee’s has really gone down hill . The manager could join in to make to make this place better . Ice tea dispensers were both empty.

Service: The staff was very personable and friendly, making the experience enjoyable from the start. The location itself was incredible, and the place was generally clean—except the windows could use some attention.
Food: Unfortunately, the portion sizes have been drastically reduced. The regular sandwich I usually order was noticeably half the size this time. This isn’t a reflection on the staff or workers, who continue to do a great job. Rather, it seems to be a corporate decision, similar to what happened with McDonald’s, which I believe is contributing to their decline. McDonald’s lost me years ago—not only because of shrinking portions but also due to declining quality. I worry Hardee’s might be heading in that same direction.
I truly hope Hardee’s continues to focus on quality food, even if prices have risen. I’d be happy to pay a little more for the full-sized sandwich I’ve always enjoyed. But with the current downsizing, I’m left questioning if I can still rely on Hardee’s for a satisfying meal. Shrinking portions take away from the enjoyment and value I once appreciated.

Update 8/26/2025 – Ordered a Big Ham and Cheese Combo. It was so bad i threw it away!
See pictures below- one pic shows how Hardees advertizes the Combo with pic of a very large sandwhich that looks very appealing. Then look at my pics of what they really serve. it looks like it got fun over by a dirty car and kissed by roadkill !! Appears to be false advertising, like all fast food chains!! They need to change the review stars so you can show a negeative star by 10 since all fast food chains are very bad!
3/31/2025 – Went thru drive thru and order a cheese burger, fries and drink . Then it went wrong, wait in line over 20 min then got tonthe window and then it felt like a third world enviroment inside. The staff was maybe 3 or 4 people in the whole place. They gave me my order and took it to work to eat. The cheeseburger was raw in the middle, the fries where very cold and tasted bad. i threw everything in the trash uneaten. Will be letting the health department and corporate office of Hardees know they are serving raw meat. This location needs to be shut down.

Staff seem in no hurry at all.
Very slow and cuts the lunch time down so dont eat here if you’re in a hurry.
The cooks just lolly gag around with no care for who’s waiting or any rush at all to make yhe food.
Food isn’t bad, and the front counter Staff is friendly.
Not very clean or sanitary. Staff just throw their belongings on the counter in plane sight behind them, keys, headphones, phones and chargers.
If I had to say, this is a very, very poor managed restaurant and needs some serious help with leadership and more enthusiastic cooks.

they took way too long to get us our order we pre ordered it online waited 20 min before coming and then they told us to park and they would bring us our food. we waited over 20 min and they never came out so we had to go back through the drive through someone else order before we could get to the mic again and they go their food before we did and they messed up the drinks when we said no ice and it was spilling everywhere. most of the employees were glaring at us and being rude the one person that was nice was the boy in the drive thru. and the food was cold by the time we got it other than one sandwich

Ordered on line last night and it will be the last time I get food from this Hardee’s. Got home to realize the didn’t put my fries in the bag and the food that was in there was cold and horrible! They need to change the name hot ham and cheese to icy ham and cheese! It was disgusting. Do better Hardee’s!

When we came in there was no line. So we got to order fast. Then proceeded to wait upwards of 30 minutes for our food. We went up to the counter to see if it was ready. The man at the counter asked for a “rush on it” and bagged to up off the rack. We had to go back to ask for stuff that was missed and on top of that the food was cold.
