Why just why? Can you not see the biscuit is burned and hard as a rock? I keep thinking they will get better but I can see its not gonna happen.

We’ve stopped at this Hardee’s before and I guess I was hoping it would be better but I was so wrong… we ordered 2 famous burgers with no lettuce, I got 2 big hunks of lettuce on my burger and enough ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise for 3 burgers, I used napkins to wipe half of the junk off of it. It was nasty, we will NOT be back here!

The employees are always super nice. I love this place but the past few times I’ve been the food hasn’t been good. I order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and when I got home it was 1/4 of an egg and a slice of cheese, no sausage. Today I got the same thing and it has 1/4 of an egg, Burnt biscuit and sketchy looking cheese. Love the employees but idk what’s going on with the food here lately.

I went into this Hardee’s for the first time in a long time because it got to the point the food would always be bad every time I went. But this time it was different. LeTronda was the one who helped me today. She was very nice and the food was great! I ordered the fish sandwiches they were hot and fresh and so were the fries. I also noticed the sanitation score was the highest I’d seen it there in a while it was a 98 so it seems like this place is moving in the right direction with good staff and food. I will be going back more often now that I know I will get good service and hot food.

Nice staff, but I waited 35 minutes for 2 strawberry lemon biscuits. I understand they were backed up, but they prioritized new orders in front of mine. A disappointing experience.

I am really not certain, what has changed with this establishment, in the last 9 months to a year, but I hope the remain on the same path they are on. A year ago , this establishment was never open on time, never stayed open until posted close time , and the food was hold and cold. I took a chance about 1.5 months ago , and the store was open and food was hot and tasty. I am a huge fan of the pork chop biscuit. The ladies that I see at opening every morning, are fast , kind and all around fabulous, this just tops off the the food being really good again. I am glade , they have people running the place that care.

Very poor service. Flies everywhere amd tables were not clean. No acknowledgement of guest at the counter. Employees just worked drie thru. It took 9 minutes before someone came to take my order for 2 biscuits. Will not ever stop here again!

Sometimes good its a toss up but when they get busy they never have enough help and the biscuits were burnt it took 45 min for 2 breakfast platters and it was at 900 so it was breakfast time

Good food, polite and courteous front line people. Always have coupon deals for both breakfast and daily menus. Inside of restaurant including restrooms and dining area are always clean. Outside picnic area including tables are clean and well maintained. Go to place for hot and fresh burgers for takeout or to eat there! Went by to get two Fish Sandwiches and was told that did not have them, apparently not one of the select locations that gets to serve the Fish Sandwiches for Lent this year.
