A smaller, older Hardee’s that’s in a great location with easy access from both north and southbound US 52 via Bethania – Rural Hall road sitting in an older shopping center parking lot. Even though it was posted on the door that the dining room was open from 5:00 am till 10:00 am every day the door was locked. Apparently drive thru is the only way to order breakfast at this time. However my biscuit was hot, fresh and good.

My visit today at Hardee’s was pretty good. The food was how I ordered it this time. 5 out of the past 7 times I went there I had the wrong order. I complained to of those times and the manager just apologized without any accommodation. Anyways today the order was won point and accurate. They need to keep up with another restaurants that sell breakfast and get packages of honey to add to your sandwich. The cashiers were nice, and the restaurant was decently cleaned.

Fast and courteous: good food. I’ve switched to Hardee’s since Taco Bell got rid of the breakfast I picked up once a week. So far, so good. The prices are good, the food is fresh and the staff is friendly. I appreciate how fast they get through the line. I will probably do Hardee’s more often, as long as I can find one close enough.

I was craving Hardee’s since I haven’t had it in awhile.
The service here was nice and the drive thru was efficient. However, the food is where it lacks. The sweet tea was not sweet , the hash browns were soft and full or grease and the chicken biscuit was not tasteful. The biscuit www burnt and crunchy. I’m not sure how you can manage to mess up an entire order. I want to like Hardee’s so much like I did years ago but every time I go it seems to be just average or wrong

I stopped here out desperation for something to eat on the way home. I am not fond of Hardee’s because of past meals. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I had a burger and fries and it was good. I don’t know why one store is better than another but they are. To make my point I stopped at a different one a couple weeks later hoping for the same results. But it was terrible. Anyway I would stop at this one again if the situation came up.

The service was ok but only ok. The associate rang up the wrong order, had to refund me, and then had to ask what my order was. After checking the bag after leaving, I was missing a sausage biscuit that I ordered. Thankfully I wasn’t charged to my knowledge due to lack of receipt. They really need to do better, even with staffing shortages.

Order 2x of two items (big hot ham n cheese & 10 piece chicken tenders) Had two coupons. Simple math (adding up the coupons) told me the order should be $21+ tax. Total was $27+. I asked, did you take off the coupon (asked twice). I paid and looked at the receipt. Nope. I brought to their attention. After 10 more minutes at the drive through window he completely refunds the order and then reenters it. Same price (he didn’t even question it himself). I told him there’s no way the coupons were taken off. He showed me the receipt and I pointed out that it was taken off. Simple math! By this time I had been literally waiting at the drive through window for 25 minutes and he was able to finally take off one coupon. I paid and left even though it was $4 more than I should have. To be fair, there was a sign at the drive through menu that said they were shorthanded so waits may be longer. However, it was the manager that was ringing me up. Isn’t he supposed to be the expert at least on the money side? In the end, the chicken tenders had a burnt tast to them. I doubt I will ever go back. It’s sad because I have always been a fan of Hardee’s (I only get it it when I have a coupon because I can’t substantiate the cost without it).

The last couple of times we have gotten hamburgers they have been a little on the burnt side. I like to give a place a few extra tries after a bad experience just in case it was just a bad day. But it seems it keeps happening. I do really enjoy the chicken strips. They are delicious.

I have eaten at this location so many times I can not count, over the years it has changed to an undesirable level of service and food quality. Rude/frustrated staff makes mornings rush a huge disappointment. Afternoon/evening staff is uncaring cigarette smoking youth that stand at the door and smoke, then to just walk in behind you to take your order without washing hands, and the stinch of cigarettes is overwhelming. Today’s youth can only play on their cell phones and whine about minimum wage. I’m done with this location, let unknowns learn as I have.

This location is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been too. The employees are miserable & they have a tendency to get orders wrong. The general manager is good about fixing mistakes but they shouldn’t happen as often in the 1st place. After 3 unsuccessful visits here, I won’t be back.
