I would like to give this Hardee’s a better rating. The place was very clean and organized. The lady at the counter was nice enough and it didn’t take long for me to get my order. My order was correct and they even included condiments. The problem was my chicken sandwich. Extremely dry and chewy. When getting fast food sometimes its luck of the draw if your food will be fresh or not. Today wasn’t my lucky day.

Foods not bad, but it’s obvious they don’t listen. I asked for a spicy chicken one day and I got a fish sandwich. The next time I went I said, “Last time I ordered a spicy chicken and I got a fish sandwich, can I get a spicy chicken this time?” Well I got a chicken sandwich but it was plain not spicy. They asked if I wanted a sauce with my tenders and I replied I’d like honey mustard. Well, no sauce in the bag. Not much else to be said there.

Been here many many times. Always pretty good food and average service, but a very clean store. Today’s visit is no different. Fantastic food, and the store was as clean as I have seen it. The staff are nice and helpful.

Went in at 11:30am and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. While waiting for it there was a guy in the back fixing food chewing gum! My chicken felt raw when I bit into it. The fries were good.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!! Slow, slow, slow!!! I’ve never been to a fast food place that was operated so slowly. The two employees were moving at a snails pace and always looked confused as if they just woke up in a Hardee’s and were told to get to work. There were several cars in front of us in line that waited so long they never got their food and demanded refunds. It took us 25 minutes sitting at the window before we finally got our food and they forgot one of the items and when we asked about it they said it would be another 15 minutes so we left. Will never be back to this one. I don’t know how it is during the week but don’t come on Saturday morning.

Worst visit to any fastfood anywhere and i have been some places!,,,drive thru guy need fired has no reason working with the public in customer service if he is going to ignore then get loud when confronted over it,,the guy working the front ignored me twice after getting notice our mobile order was ready ,,well time pulled in and out it took 45min NO LIE 45min on a order we was told was waiting 11;15 2/14/26 YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO COME BACK TO ANOTHER HARDEES after this……goodday!

I love eating here in the mornings. I order a #2, which is the bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit but I ask for it on sourdough bread. They always make it perfect!
