Never had a good experience at this location. Terrible management. Only person in drive thru and I had to repeat order 5x. Cashier said the good mic went out. 6 burgers and 1 fry took atleast 20 min. All while the manager just watched from the counter. 2nd employee stared at screen. While the same cashier that took my order made it. Can’t say the food was any better than the service. Burnt burger and cold soggy fries. Must be a cover for something else like a plug.

This place has went to hell, last night ordered 2 hotdogs they put them in the deep fryer absolutely disgusting gave them another chance this morning ordered a chicken biscuit that looked recooked from the day before saturated in grease so was the hash rounds absolutely done with hardees in Radford..We’ll take our money to somewhere that’s actually serving fresh food.

Been here 3 times in the past two months between 5:30-6:30pm to try and order chicken tenders. First time, had to wait 10 minutes. Not too big of a deal.

Place is just horrible. They can hardly ever get your order correct and food is sub par. If I had to say something good it would be that there breakfast is better than the burgers. But that’s not saying much. It’s just a hang out for employees customers come 2nd.

Every time I go to this hardees my food is wrong or old. They never answer the phone even when they are not busy and it seems like all of the employees have poor attitudes all together and are not people friendly, like one day the girl in drive thru instead of saying hi your total is, she just stood there staring at me with a bag in her hand, so i start to hand her the money and she says under her breath hi like shes scared to speak

The fries were too salty, the sandwich was warm, the soda (root beer) was not working properly. As I was sitting in the dining area I watched two customers come in and they waited for a few minutes then walked out. No one came up from the back to take their orders. It’s no surprise that hardly any customers come in.
