I am a frequent customer ordering on my way into work. I order the same thing everytime. #5 monster Bacon cheeseburger Double large combo. With TAX this meal is just shy of $15. I get to the window to pay and the lady tells me its $7 and change. I told her the usual price I pay and that the order must be incorrect. She gets another lady to assist her on the computer and she tells the first woman she put it in the computer wrong. So the second woman fixes the order and tells me the new price is just shy of $15. This sounds correct. Im asked to pull up to the curb and wait. A few minutes later the first lady brings out my food. I instantly look in the bag and it looks just like my regular order. I get all the way to work and go to take my break and eat my food and…..ITS WRONG! They gave me a large double cheeseburger combo NO BACON….nothing but onions, a few pickles and mustard. Not anything close to a $15 combo! This is the second time in a few months this has happened to me. The first time they charged me the $15 combo price but when I got to work it was a tiny bacon cheeseburger combo. I thought I’d give them a second chance after the manager remade the order for me a few days later. This is just ridiculous!! I will be contacting the manager but Im never coming back.

I’d give less than 1 star for the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom was a war zone with paper towel dispenser or hand dryer. Roll of toilet paper on the floor, other one toilet tank. Just nasty. The food looked as if someone had sat on our burgers, flat, unappetizing. Don’t stop here, find another place along your route.

I place my order inside at the counter, for two super bacon biscuits and a breakfast frisco. I sit down to the table to wait on my food, as soon as we get our food i open in and everything is right except one of the super bacon sandwiches. I took it back up there and explained that the sandwhich they gave me was a regular bacon egg and cheese, the cashier told the cook and the cook said, “i can’t make that so she has to take that.” If you don’t have something, let your customers know. They charged me for something that I did not get.

Ordered a number 1 combo. Burger looked and tasted good…not mushed like what you get at the clown’s fast food chain. The staff is friendly…I gave 4 stars because the diet Dr Pepper wasn’t good. Too much syrup being dispensed, also had to ask for ice since the soda machine ice was not working.

Doesn’t even deserve a star, the employees have the worst attitude and are disrespectful. They don’t care at all, I have never seen such bad service in my life. I was also charged for the wrong meal. I ordered one cheeseburger and then was charged for two spicy chicken sandwiches. I wasn’t refunded, just handed two cheeseburgers with no apology.

It had been awhile since I’ve stopped for fast food. My wife and I took a road trip, and we’re delighted that we passed by this Hardee’s. We turned around, grabbed some dinner and ate in the parking lot. The staff was courteous, the food was prepared quickly, and tasted great. We enjoyed the relaxation watching the local train yard while we ate.

Talk about dirty. Everywhere you look is filth. As soon as you walk in, you can see wrappers, food,… all over. Under cabinets, on window sills, in the corners of room. No reason to have a restaurant this dirty. Only customer here. There should be someone cleaning the eating area. I could just imagine what the kitchen looks like . We Won’t be back.
