I’ve been going to this location for quite a while. It’s always been pretty good, but must be new management because lately, it has been amazing! The food quality has been hot and fast, service has been accurate and friendly, the store has been clean and overall atmosphere has been wonderful! Whatever you all are doing, keep it up! It’s went from really good to the best!

I went inside to place a breakfast order and I noticed how well all of the staff worked together during a very busy morning. The young lady working the register was patient and efficient. The manager was in all places at once it seemed – she handled her rush with professionalism and a smile.

I always avoid this location because it is extremely slow. I just popped in for breakfast and was happy to see that they finally have a manager that cares about customer service. Krissy was not only leading and directing her team efficiently, she was jumping in to assist with getting orders completed and even remembered customers by name. And she did it all with a smile the entire time. This place needs more of her and less of whatever was happening before.

Absolutely terrible! Don’t go here pls save your money. The cashiers have terrible attitudes morning and night, and they never get your food right. I just left here and had to go to another location because this one NEVER gets my order right, whether it’s 1 item or a mobile order. They made me wait a total of 7 min for the WRONG sandwich. I will be back to talk to the general manager about this because it’s no excuse for this. You have one job which is to make the food correct and fast and quite frankly this Hardee’s location lacks both. I also work in customer service so i understand mistakes happen but not constantly.

Went thru the drive thru this morning to get the new Frisco breakfast sandwich with bacon and look at that picture! Barely any egg and paid over $5 for the sandwich. Wow, come on Hardee’s do better!

I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and a soda through drive through at 0730… It took 8 minutes to get the one sandwich. They had one customer in front of me, already waiting and one customer in the lobby. The one customer in the lobby caught my attention due to the fact that i watch him through the drive through window walk behind the counter to complain and had to be told to get back on the other side of the counter.
If the place was full, I get it, but only two customers before me, and still 8 min. I worked fast food when I was in high school and anything more then 5 min and we were failing.. With basically no customers, that had to be down to 2-3 min. Or you were explaining to the customer… I waited and finally the sandwich came out and not even hot, so diffently not fresh… And no receipt either.

I sent my daughter here to pick up breakfast while I worked. I ordered an omelette biscuit. What she brought home was a fried steak biscuit wrapped in an omelette biscuit wrapper. I had to get to work so I gave it a try. BIG MISTAKE. This is my fourth time in the bathroom. I’m typing from the toilet because I’m just fed up at this point omg.

Sooo this is what their 3pc $10 chicken TENDER meals looks like?! Not kids meal btw. Im so disappointed. I came here due to someone buying lunch for me and i raved how good and large their tenders were. Fail! Smh. Of course no one answers the phone so i have to drive back and waste gas. Ordered again this morning 9/26/25. Of course they forgot my hash browns!!! I called to speak to the manager and he got mad because I told him they need to pay attention and he hung up on me like the little sissy he is!! I called back 3x and he kept picking up and hanging up after finally answering the 4th time saying he was calling the police! I don’t care!! What can they do to me?? Do your job or hopefully y’all fire him and can find someone that can run your restaurant correctly so you don’t keep losing $.Completely unprofessional and shouldn’t be in a position like that if you get mad and hang up because I tell you that yall need to double check orders before sending them out, the quality and the price don’t match. Maybe hire an adult to run your store and it wouldn’t be so many 1stars.
Never open on time, hasn’t had creamer in a week, always leave major items out of order, need new management and all new employees!!!
