They need to just stop offering eggs. I received a tissue thin piece of egg on my biscuit, it was honestly not even worth eating. I get that there is a shortage. If you cannot fulfill a decent order, stop offering it. Don’t order anything with eggs, what they’re giving you amounts to theft at this point.

I come to this Hardee’s several times throughout the month and every time the staff is rude and very unprofessional. Hollering from the back to the front. Saying they are sick of the customers and that they need to go home. The manager is standing around (Nikki front line manager) not correcting them. Everyone’s attitude is terrible. Its like a nasty disease that has infected the entire place. The atmosphere is horrible.

Apparently I opted for the “lightly breaded & undercooked” when I ordered. Thank you Hardee’s for looking out for my cardiovascular health and saving me a few extra calories and the possibility of salmonella to aid in my future weight loss endeavors.

A little bit of a wait, however, Hardee’s does always seem to take longer than normal. I attribute it to better quality and wait patiently.
This time it was really long! I just wanted a small burger and some tenders. Oh well. The drive through seemed to be the priority or maybe there wasn’t enough help at 6:30pm on a Saturday? Either way, I walked inside and dealt with the consequences.
I was greeted right away but had to wait to give my order, approximately 5 minutes which seems long for a fast food chain with no customers in the restaurant. Later, when it was noticed we were distressed, someone had to check if the order had been done. The cashier did apologize for the inconvenience. It’s something.
While I was waiting, one employee from the back walked right by me with a trash can full of cardboard and didn’t say excuse me. It was strange. He was young though, possibly he didn’t realize it’s polite to acknowledge the other person who steps out of the way when you walk by with a wide load.
Again they apologized for the the delay when they gave the order 14 minutes after I actually placed it. The burger was excellent as I expected. The chicken tenders looked great but weren’t warm. After a kind exchange for a new box of 3 that was under the heater, they were mildly warmer. I was not impressed with this lukewarm chicken either.

When I entered this Hardee’s with my family, Isabella took our order. She was quick and efficient.
The food was piping hot and delicious.
To the owner. Your manager was handling business and assisting all of the employees. Isabella reps your brand and has a smile on her face.

I can’t even lie, I was really impressed. All I got was a 2pc snack so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was completely blown away. For under $5, you get a drink, 2pc chicken and biscuit. Will be back, I knew Hardee’s had good burgers but oh my goodness this chicken was AMAZING.

I drove from alabama to Chesapeake and ate at hardees the manger was rude as hell the guy that took our order made us wait to order so he could take the trash out and it took about 45 min before we got our food and when we did it was cold and the cashier that took our order brought our food to us at the table and threw it as us and as we was leaving the manger came outside and went to a car and started talking to some and started smoking weed

It was horrendous. I’ve seen old run-down truck stops cleaner than this place. The bathrooms were atrocious-poop all over one of the toilets (all over. The top, the seat, the base), the other one has piss all over the ground and on the seat. The dining room had trash everywhere as well. The food was cold when we got it, as well as disgusting. We had to throw it out. This has got to be the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever visited in my life (and I’ve traveled across the country quite a few times). Save yourself a trip. Do not step foot in this disgusting place.

Stood at the counter for a while. No one acknowledged my family of three. We were the only people in line. Chicken tenders look like chicken nuggets. That’s not the portion size I want to pay 13-15 dollars for. Toast in the platter is bland.

This Hardee’s does not take the time to make a Mushroom/Swiss burger and the burgers we just purchased was not made with quality or the customer in mind. I believe in “fast” food, but not at the expense of quality. I have addressed this with them and they still deliver a less than quality burger. With all the competition it is disappointing that this Hardee’s doesn’t want to compete with surrounding restaurants. I would rather order something from WAWA than go back to this Hardee’s that is close to me.
