This morning’s drive is thru chicken biscuit was horrible. The chicken was old and cooked in old oil with a heavy breading. Tough stringy chicken, hard fried, leaving that spoiled oil taste in your mouth – who would want that? Hardee’s has been known to provide great morning biscuits, but this was not your morning. Change the oil at least! And at $5.50 for the pleasure of driving off and discovering this at my office, what a waste of my money. Please do better because I generally like a good consistent biscuit.

The same young lady helps my coworker and me every time we come in for lunch. She is always working incredibly hard and seems to be doing multiple jobs at once alone, running the drive-thru, working the front register, handling expo, and even jumping behind the line to help prepare food. She does all of this with a friendly attitude and a warm smile every time. She wears a collared shirt, so I assume she may be a manager, but regardless she is clearly extremely overworked. I truly hope she gets a well-deserved raise, and I also hope management hires her some help because one person should not be expected to handle that much alone during the lunch rush. The wait time can be long, which is understandable considering she is doing everything by herself. Honestly, if it weren’t for her kindness and positive attitude, we probably wouldn’t return. She is the reason customers keep coming back. Management should recognize the hard work she is putting in.

I went through the drive-thru today. We ordered two chicken tender meals. I asked for two dipping sauces. Was told I must pay 50 cents for each additional dipping sauce. When I asked the lady why because we’ve got 2 combo’s she proceeded to tell me she was going to call the cops on me. I then asked her for a refund. I don’t want to deal with this place no more nor will I ever eat here again. She said no and slam the window on me. I called the cops myself. Unfortunately they said it was a civil matter. Absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever seen in my life doing customer service. She is NOT customer friendly

The manager on duty got an order wrong. When asked to correct it, the manager started screaming and making threats. In front of a child and a dining room full of elderly customers. We have some video of the incident. Corporate has been notified and of this manager is not dealt with as the BBB and the local media will be notified. This manager was not only disrespectful and unprofessional but he is unkept himself and the dining room was FILTHY. Four customers waiting on food and waiting to order walked out because of this manager behavior. I’ve worked customer service for 20 years (including management) and how he acted today….. I’ve seen people flex for less!

I haven’t worked in fast food for 16 years and when I did I would’ve been fired if had a customer who sat in drive thru for 15 minutes like I just did poor two sandwiches that weren’t even hot. Good thing it’s my day off or I’d have major problems at my job waiting for lunch that long!

Super slow. Wow. Got here at 1130. By the time it was my turn to order in the drive through (at the window bc no one would answer the speaker) they got all snarky oh it’s 1201 we don’t serve breakfast anymore. Gtfo.

If no star was an option that’s exactly what I’d give them!!!! My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru to get 3 breakfast combos. We were fine with the wait, drive thru was backed up around the building. We did see a few cars get up to the speaker but then drive off, we thought that was odd until it came to our turn. My boyfriend ordered 2 combos then was rudely interrupted with “is that it?!!” After both of them. My boyfriend said “no, im still ordering ” she rudely said “just come to the window and put your order in” we proceed to the window and she is hanging out of it! We did tell her we didn’t appreciate her tone at the speaker and right away she goes into this rant about how one girl has already been there for 2 hrs!!!! Mind you it’s 1030am….and that she was the one yelling in the microphone……we never asked her who was rude just that we didn’t appreciate her tone back there at the speaker. We tried again to start with the order at the window like she told us to do and she slams the drive thru window shut in our face yelling “bye!!! bye!!!!!” We circled around to leave and both girls, one was slender with pink hair and the other was…..well nourished with piercings on her face was hanging out the window giving us middle fingers and was cussing us!!!!!! They were not wearing name tags. Extremely unprofessional!!!!! My family has always loved Hardees we do breakfast there several times a week!!!! These 2 employees need to be delt with immediately!! We will not be back!!!!!

Everyone was Hungry this Morning & Asking Hey Can You pick me up a Biscuit please? So, I stopped at Hardee’s and Ate Myself. I ordered the Big Breakfast which filled My Stomach. Hardee’s Biscuit & Gravy is the Bomb! Along with Crispy Bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, Hash rounds and a Heart shaped Biscuit with a cup of Gravy for $5.50 plus tax. Delicious!! The Sweet Bun is Toooo Sweet… Over loaded!! Hardee’s please bring back Your Cinnamon Biscuits!!!!
WHY did You do away with Something so Delicious as Those Cinnamon Biscuits …. Please???
