I don’t even know where to begin as you can see by the pictures. It was a horrible experience for the price I paid Hardee’s food and customer service is STILL AWFUL!!
The first set of pictures are from an experience I had maybe over a year or so ago maybe longer than that and I haven’t been back since then long and behold I wanted to try it and I knew better and this is what they gave me and then when I called him back, the manager had the nerve to tell me that because it was charbroiled, it’s supposed to be dry like this. I stand firm when I say this is the worst Hardee’s in the Fredericksburg Spotsylvania area, probably in the whole state of Virginia. It needs to be closedown to do new hiring new training, new everything. It just needs a whole new makeover from the inside out!!!

Tried to charge me $10 for a 2 for 5 deal. If you don’t know the deals you’re running then find somebody that does. Employee had to be told to get off her phone to take the order. Now I gotta wait an hour for my clothes to be finished at the laundromat down the street just to drive 20 mins to the only good Hardee’s in the area before I can eat breakfast.

The food tasted like it had been sitting around all day. My burger was dry and cold. The fries were cold and chewy. The bathroom was a disaster. 2 stars because the staff were courteous and had good customer service.

Wow what a great experience! I have gone here once before but just now today doing a review. The person taking my order, Sherry, was the most pleasant, wonderful person to deal with. Very sweet! They were also lightning fast! Give that girl a raise or promotion! She’s awesome and is the single reason why I changed my mind about Hardee’s. I’ll be a faithful customer because of that young woman. I surprised Sherry by going into the store and rewarding her with a $100 tip for being great. Pics are in the review! Kudos! Great place!

I ordered the Original Bag meal with the chili dogs. They asked me to pull around the side as they were cooking the hot dogs. I received my order. When I got home I found the hot dogs on top of the chili , onions and etc. The presentation was hideous. Upon trying to eat them I found the hot dogs had been “Deep Fried” and were tough and leathery. I was most disappointed. I will never go to this location again. Attention into this matter would be greatly appreciated so that others do not experience this fiasco.

Stopped by Hardee’s for a sit down quick lunch. I ordered the Monster Burger Meal. My food was served hot and fresh. The employees (two of them) were doing their best to keep up with the drive through and restaurant. They were able to get the food out fast, but through no fault of theirs, unable to provide attention to cleaning the restaurant.
This is management’s fault, and I/we can see you hiding in your office. Perhaps you can at least leave out some cleaning supplies so we can clean our own table before sitting down (maybe this will reduce the drive through line also). Since the manager has the napkins locked up, I had to stand by the least nasty table, until my lunch was ready, take a napkin out of my bag, get some water out of the soda machine and moisten the dirty table. I mention all this as a young parent is scrubbing dirt off a high chair so the little one has a seat.. well the parents ran out of cleaning supplies and decided to eat in the car. Such a shame.

Everything was always good until an 11 inch black hair I pulled out of my breakfast burrito. Now I’ll never eat their again. A hairnet is a bare minimum requirement and I guess someone doesn’t know how to follow directions. Completely disgusting.

I ordered the BLT burger . The burger was very dry and hard. Also the tomatoes was rotten tomatoes very watery unbelievable. The lettuce is dead. I was traveling so i decided to grab a lunch and they gave me the shock of my life. I have to park in the 95 take all the watery and rotten tomatoes out of the burger and also take out the dead lettuce. I realize I cant eat the hard burger and the bread alone so I have to throw everything away before I sick. This is not good please kindly give your customers value for their money.

We enjoy coming here about twice a year for the blueberry biscuits! (I’d enjoy them more often if they weren’t probably full of sugar and fat, as proper blueberry biscuits should be… Especially when paper with sausage biscuits or gravy…. ). We enjoyed our breakfast.
