Leslie was amazing at her job. She was doing everything from the drive thru to the register to the prep, all while making sure to be polite and greet each person woth respect. She used up-sale skills to sell desserts and she made sure to come out to check on us after we got our food. She is a great example of an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond.

I visited this Hardee’s this morning…. Had to pull over into a reserved spot as they were making fresh biscuits. The strawberry lemon biscuits were hot and amazing.

Parking was easy! Half the parking lot wasn’t reserved for curbside pickups as is the norm these days. The dining area was clean with a variety of seating options. The staff also seemed to enjoy their work and those with whom they work! I felt welcomed and appreciated! Sure this may be part of a big corporate fast food chain, but the staff and management seem to take pride in their part in it! There was no stinginess with the gravy on my biscuits and gravy! I’m walking out of here satisfied! Thank you!

Husband went to get us breakfast this morning and he said the whole experience was uncalled for. Usually grabbing dinner from here we experience pleasant workers but the morning crew treated him like absolute crap. 2 people cut in front of him in line to order. They treated other customers with a great attitude, but as soon as he went up to order the girl was getting smart with him. When he grabbed the bag our hashbrowns and platters were upside down like they were just thrown in. Luckily nothing spilled onto the hashbrowns and sandwiches we had. Hire some more respectful workers

Leslie at your location on Bateman street in Salisbury was great. She was a delight to talk to and was very cool under pressure when it was very apparent that she was very short staffed. She should be employee of the year. She made it a point to say Happy New Year twice during my short visit. I wish everyone in the food service industry was like her.

Absolutely amazing service and food here at this specific Hardee’s. Came in with a team if 8 guys and the shift lead had amazing customer service, and even remembered all our orders the second day coming in. Made sure everything was correct the way we asked without any errors. The shift lead deserves all the appreciation and raises she can get!
