The staff was friendly & had my order ready when I got to the window. I ordered the 2 for $5 biscuits & gravy. There’s not a single sausage crumble in the gravy. It still is delicious but where’s the sausage? It’s sausage gravy after all.

It took entirely too long to receive my food after my order was given to the wrong car in the drive thru. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for my food to be brought out to me, I came inside to see why there was such a long delay. A manager appeared to be standing there and didn’t provide any explanation or apology for the delay, a staff member said oh we’re just waiting on one of your sandwiches.

I got a to go order through the drive-thru and it was delicious and actually looked just like the picture. The burger had even more bacon on it than I ever expected. It was one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I ever had in my life.

If you want good food here make sure you ONLY go during the morning or afternoon shifts (they’re absolutely amazing). Night shift is bad and consistently filled with lazy incompetent workers that consistently gave the wrong food, probably because they didn’t want to get the grill up and running again at 8:30PM. At first I thought it was a mistake with the first order and gave them the benefit of the doubt but it keeps happening and I actually lost money because today they gave me small combo when I ordered large (trusted that they would get the order right since I was the only customer there only to find out it was wrong halfway home) and they didn’t even bother giving the correct amount of fries ordered.
At this point I do not trust the night shift not to have tampered with the food out either, it is legitimately concerning.
